Answered by JabraHello! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the BlueParrott M500-XT headset cannot be used as an intercom to communicate with another headset. However, the BlueParrott button can be programmed for push to talk functionality which creates a "Walkie Talkie" functionality between mobile phones and other handheld systems (Zebra, Sonim, Zello, Unity, etc). This functionality is only supported by a limited amount of cell phone providers and frontline worker applications. Developers can also create a custom app using our SDK found on developer.jabra.com.
