We received this order rather quickly when we ordered it from BestBuy.com and it looked great! There were a couple of pieces to be fastened together, which was done with a simple ratchet we had laying around the house. It's extremely heavy (which is a good thing) and it looks wonderful holding up the umbrella we put in it. The only problem is that within about 1 week, the enamel cracked. I have no idea if the base is structurally sound or not anymore because we don't pick this thing up and move it or anything, but the outside of it, at least, but the crack is spread across the entire diameter of the base.
