This deal with 3 months preloaded was too good to be true but it was actually true, 3 months popped up automatically when sim card number was entered to activate the service

I was travelling in MI, in a remote place. I signed up with Boost. They provide eSims, but would not do so for me. I chatted and spoke with support. I canceled my plan and drove to Traverse City, bought this SIm. I couldn't activate it. Boost did not cancel the original plan I signed up for. When I tried to activate this SIM it kicked back a message that this was not possible since I already had an account and\or with a line waiting to be activated. BB tells me there are no returns on this SIM card. So, I'm out $35. Boost is responsible, but BB is reselling Boost, so they can't wash their hands of this. Would have been a lot simpler if they would send me an esim.

Poor item I didn’t reallyy use I think it should be returned cause it didn’t work

Sim wouldnt give meva phone number or register. Returned it to best buy no problems.

No app to download for adding time to the plan or contacting customer service unless you have a fruit product!?!

Not enough support from boost team. It is very difficult to find a store or support .

Bought my daughter a track phone and this service was purchased for 3 month unlimited, service is good and cheep plan.
