It was a great help since my card sent from boost mobile by ups was stolen. Im happy to have been there to purchase one on my new account since there been alot of identity theft and have a reciept of purchase so i can go on with the investigation and they will know i purchased this one so my service can still continue. I love best buy

My sim card wasn't working. Boost store wanted to charge me $42 for the card and to install it. I called Boost and they could send me a new one but, it would take 3 business days. That would mean no phone service for several days because it was a Friday. I walked into Best Buy, paid $5 and got it same day!

Best buy are usually quick and they know what they are doing, usually no issues, except 1 last time. Apple called for 99 payment but i called best buy to confirm and women said it wasnt them and my macbook got sent back saying refuse payment. Best buy should be in contact with apple so they are aware.

I bought my nephew a phone for Christmas and set up mobile service. This SIM card was needed. Easy to install and only took a couple minutes.

It works but be sure you know it’s the orange T-Mobile sim and not the black AT&T one

Few Things I Can Say Is My Services Did Not Go Out Today Unlike Some Other Service Providers But Boost App Gives You The Ability To Pay The Bills By Doing Some Video Watching And Spinning A Wheel If You Stick To Doing That Everyday You Can Save Tons Of Money On Your Bill. I'm Happy With The Service So Far

I didn't know that I would need this, but the nice young lady helping me at Best Buy said that I did need it for my "new" flip-phone. I have not tried either as yet, however, I am looking forward to a much better experience. She checked online, and she checked with her co-workers before recommending this product.
