In the category of custom panel dishwashers, there are few options available. In past years, even with Bosch appliances you started at the $1000 price point to get a panel ready machine. The competitors started at $1300. I've installed 3 of this new generation Bosch dishwashers, and while it does seem like lighter duty construction than it's predecessors and competition, I've yet to have any complaints in it's functionality. The speed 60 wash is fantastic- rinse your plates close to clean, and they are in and out in 70 mins. At an $800 price point, the price of this machine makes it easier for me to sell the custom panels at a price that keeps me out of the red, and keeps the customer happy. I put one of these in my own kitchen, and I'm very pleased. I'd prefer the blue LED glow of the service indicator as seen on the Viking and Asko units, but at the end of the day given the price point of the Bosch, it's a small thing to overlook. The functionality of the racks is acceptable. I miss the days of old, where racks on high end machines didn't wobble around- but it seems like a tall order today to find a machine with runners that don't wobble. Perhaps it is an issue of functionality? Despite the seemingly wobbly racks on this Bosch and other high end panel ready units, the cleaning performance is still excellent. At the end of the day, I think this machine is a really good buy.

The dishwasher is very quiet when operating. Controls are good. The dishes come out very clean. The claim to remove backed on material is not true (as anticipated), The red indicator light (shining down to the floor) is a useful when it is had to tell if the machine is running.

Very quiet compare to my old Bosch, so far cleans the dishes very well. But I have used it for a month.

Never been one to use a dishwasher in the past. Preferred to wash by hand. This thing is pretty cool, quiet and it keeps my wife from telling me i'm wasting to much water.

Everything fits well. There is a lot of room. Great having the top drawer. I always rinse my dishes and appreciate the 60 minute cycle. I highly recommend

We bought dishwasher 12/26/19. As of today 1/25/20 the panel had not been installed. I was assured it would be done by sales person and then all Geek Squad and multiple other agents called. I have just stopped getting call backs. The door has very strong spring as panel is heavy and without it your hand gets hit with door. The dishwasher works fine but Best Buy cannot install. Now what?

Not yet installed. But I hope it lives up to the Bosch name. I'm looking for quiet dishwasher that blends in with the new cabinetry

Dishwasher is ok- but doesn’t dry and very pricey for what it does.

Cleaning is very good. However the way the racks are designed the mugs are not tilted enough so there is always water left on their bottoms that drying would not remove entirely. I always need a towel to wipe them dry after washing.
