I ordered this microwave a few months before we were ready for it. After I saw it was selling out everywhere. With months long delays to be back in stock. So i just wanted to have it so when we would be ready for it. When we were finally ready to install it and took it out if the bow. The side panel was damaged. We called best buy, but they no longer had them and it would be a awhile before we could get another one. We used it anyway and are supposed to get a patial refund for the damage. Other than that Its a beautiful microwave looks great in our new island and glad we choose this one.

Works well, fit right in our island and is more than sufficient with heating what we need.

The previous microwave in our home was installed very low to the ground. This solves our problem and we love the Microwave functions as well

This is the coolest microwave ever! And it’s huge!!!

I purchased this Bosch after careful research only to have the Microwaves heating element break in less than 5-years after the install. With limited use of this microwave, and use only in accordance with the manufacturer instructions, cleaning in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, I would have expected a Bosch appliance to last longer. I realize that Bosch only stands behind it's appliances for a single year, but this is just pathetic. 2k after professional install for an appliance that lasts under 5-years and Bosh's deplorable customer service will not even stand behind their appliances. Of course the appliance broke when I needed it most; with Family that had flown in for the hollidays for a once a decade visit.

The functionality of this microwave is great. They made slight improvements to the touch panel over their first version and it is much easier to read and operate. Only issue I had with mine is that some sort of electrical component failed after just a week of use and I had to have a service call. That was all covered by the warranty and it has been fine since then.

a bit challenging to install as a DIY project but husband did an admirable job. Certainly more convenient that over the stove microwave was and seems safer to me. Warms well and instructions are pretty self explanatory. Pricey but worth it in our recent kitchen renovations

When we were first looking into this item, we were skeptical because we had seen some reviews posted by others. However, I also noticed that the reviews were older years older however, we were in need of a specific microwave to fit a specific area that would look good with the electric oven that we had chosen and this went perfectly. so far it has work excellently it’s easier to use than expected and we hope that it will last a long long time. Still learning how to use its total functionality.

I am obsessed with this microwave! it's functionality, streamline look, and ease of use are second to known. Hands down the most efficient microwave I've ever owned!!

This product is great. The drawer is a much better option than over the range microwave. I love the special buttons to select what I need to do with the food preparation.

This is a great microwave. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the thickness of the front is super thick, so it stands out in front of my cabinet doors and drawers. I also wish the buttons were more like a touch screen to make them a little easier to push. Otherwise, this is a beautiful microwave that is easy to use.

First microwave didn't work. Best Buy arranged for a replacement with no questions asked within days. Delivery of the replacement was a nightmare requiring multiple calls to convince the delivery company to do their job. Second microwave works fine so far after 3 weeks. No complaints.

This microwave gives a very luxury look and it is very user friendly.

Nice concept but the buttons are not sensitive to my touch, so I have to try 2-3 times to enter cooking time, You have to enter cooking time quickly because if it takes you more than 2 seconds you’ll need to start over. Also, make sure to install above counter height, l have to bend down to read controls, which is a bit annoying. I’ve been using the microwave for 2 weeks now and,other than aforementioned issues, it seems to work fine,

It opens and closes pretty smoothly. Food seems to heat evenly. Need to get the hang of adjusting taller items to not hit the top of it. Love the locking function so our kids don't accidentally open the drawer.

I was unsure about changing to a drawer microwave but now I would never go back To an over stove model. It makes it so easy to not have to lift hot dishes over my head. This model is easy to use.

This is a nice unit. I only wish for an increased height for warming taller container items.
