The control panel does not angle out so very difficult to operate. Requires bending way down to see contol panel. Bosch has a new one that angles out the control panel but Best Buy does not carry. Can get it in two days from Home Depot. Sending this one back to Best Buy

This is a good/solid microwave drawer. Seems to be well built. Easy to use once you learn how to use the sensor cook feature.
