Great way to have a microwave & oven in one unit. Loved this idea & style. Would have loved the air fryer combination also. One less appliance to have!

We needed a new built-in microwave to replace the junk GE unit that came with the house we purchased in 2018. We wanted a unit large enough to be able to accommodate a large baking dish, and this one does that. We haven't yet used the convection feature but assume it works. THE GOOD Large Quiet Powerful Lots of controls features but easy to use THE BAD Not well-lit inside Alarm signal is practically inaudible - may actually be defective THE UGLY These microwaves come with an electrical cord designed for German household outlets and they cannot be switched out. Thus we had to pay an electrician to install the necessary wall socket in place of the USA standard 110V outlet. Delay and extra expense for no good reason. What was Bosch - or Best Buy - thinking?

Convection features are great, size specs were not correct, had to rebuild cabinet to make it fit. Was backordered for a number of months

Nice features to use as a convection oven. Lots of presets

This is my FAVORITE appliance! It’s set in our island and we do everything from bake in it to toast bread to heat up coffee!

Issue with front panel lights. Main board on order. Does not seem to get as hot as our microwave and takes longer to cook things.

Bought one in Fe 2022 with 5 year warranty broke down got it replaced in March2023. The second one broke down in Feb 2024 and Bestbuy returned money to buy another one

Purchased in 2020, it worked well for 4 years. Then Thanksgiving day started dangerously sparking. Tech stated it had an electrical failure. The cost for Parts, repair, and service call is $650. The factory warranty is 365 days from the date of purchase. Unsure if I want to invest that in my current Bosch just to match with my other appliances. Especially with the possibility of electrical panel failure in the future. May look for another more affordable built-in.

Purchased in 2020. It worked flawlessly for about 3 years. Then the display panel failed. Out of warranty. $500 part + $200/hour labor charge from Bosch technician + $170 trip fee. Decided to buy a new microwave instead of paying $1k to repair it. This appears to be a common issue based on online discussion boards. Overall, I think this product is too expensive given how quickly and expensively it failed.
