A: We bought about a month ago and have a small dent on door. It does dent easily I’m assuming. I have a Bosch dishwasher that I’ve have had for years doesn’t have any dents or scratches. I’d be interested if you get any help from Best Buy- we’ve spent 3 hours on hold waiting to get anything done.
A: The fridge box will fit under your 71.5" cabinet - it will be tight. I assume the fridge door (72") will be sticking out from the cabinet space (see picture).
A: The only noise I ever hear from my Bosch is the ice maker, and that is not very much. I love the refrigerator. What I hate are servicemen that can’t figure out what’s wrong, so they say “It’s supposed to do that!” or “That’s normal”. It isn’t!!

Q: Can the freezer fit frozen pizza boxes?

A: The right hand drawer can open fully with just that door open. The left hand drawer is blocked by the mechanism on the right hand door that seals the fridge. Therefore you need to pen both doors to access. Obviously the deli drawer requires both doors open. The doors will stay open when you fully open the doors. Overall it’s a great fridge. Way better than the similar counter depth fridges.

Per the Use and Care Guide: Once the refrigerator has been connected or a new water filter has been installed, there will be air in the water circuit. Keep dispensing water until it contains no more bubbles. Wipe splashes dry with a soft cloth. For hygiene reasons, dispense water for 5 minutes and discard.

Love this FRIDGE!!!!
Over all this is an awesome purchase. What I love about it: -Super quite -Both the Fridge and the Freezer are spacious -The bulbs inside light up the fridge really well. My preferred setting is 3 -The temperatures are adjustable by degrees and can be made to keep the fridge really cool. -This fridge truly does prolong the freshness of your fruits and vegetables! Strawberries, cilantro, Celery, parsley... you name it. -Finally, this machine just looks beautiful!

Great Fridge
So far we really like our new refrigerator. We like how you can customize the shelves and that the ice maker is in the freezer and not the door. Only thing I wish we’d know was that you have to hold down the water button to continue to fill your cup but that’s not too big of a deal. Fridge is a great size and is very well lit on the inside. Definitely would recommend. Shoutout Kavi & Jared for the install/delivery!

Awesome fridge!
Love, love, love our new refrigerator! You would think that with a counter depth fridge you would limit how much space you have, BUT this is configured so well that we have a ton of space. It is also so nice to have the water dispenser inside as this lends to a clean, sleek look. We had a sub zero that came with our previous home and we love this fridge more than that one. It keeps everything cold and closes smoothly. Just perfect!
