I really like this cooktop. We installed it about 18 months ago. The feature I like the most is the power of the burners (elements?). When I have a 7-quart Dutch oven and I am deep frying, I can get the oil up to 350, drop in my food and crank the burner up. I might lose 10-20 degrees initially, but the cooktop catches up really fast. That was always a struggle on my old electric cooktop and my portable propane burner. Obviously, boiling a quart of water in less than a minute is really nice too. The only draw backs are the cost and sometimes it will make a whining noise when you have multiple burners running. It doesn't happen often but when it does it's mildly annoying. It will shut off automatically with an error message like F8+H/h (or something like that) when you go past 4 hours of cooking. This is an annoying safety feature. I just turn it off and back on again. I would 100% recommend this unit.

This replaced a Samsung model , which had several problems and poor customer service. This Bosch induction cooktop is PERFECT. Super easy to navigate, and no problems at all. Best Buy included free installation, which was such a bonus. Very efficient. We are very pleased.
