40 years ago I remodeled this house with Western Holly gas appliances. Recently we smelled gas in the kitchen and I needed something 36 inches long. We needed to make the width bigger and the operation is a success. The induction cook top works as efficiently as gas. The iron is hot right away and dialing the heat down from 9 to low is fast also. Sometime I now need to redo the counter top and backsplash.

It's a Bosch. What else is there to say. It boils water in about 90 seconds. It doesn't make much noise (unlike KitchenAid). Much better without knobs. Easy to control the temperature. Spacious.

This stovetop is so high tech all that's missing is grabbing the ingredients and mixing them by itself. Incredible.
