Three stars because it’s too expensive to not be perfect. The roll out tray in the main fridge is cheap. It feels way out of touch with the rest of the refrigerator. It’s clunky to open and close, and doesn’t have a smooth feel to it. The finish scratches incredibly easily. My last fridge with the stainless steel finish was covered in magnets and didn’t scratch as badly as this one has done in about a month. There are also finger prints all over it. This definitely wasn’t the right fridge for a family with small kids. It is quiet and seems to be efficient, and I’m a huge fan of the dual compressors, which is why I bought it in the first place. But it’s entirely too expensive to have these flaws.

The stainless steel is discolored where you grab to open the door on one side. Bosch is so difficult to deal and get in touch. Bosch wouldn’t do anything about it. I have been having it 3 years now and love the inside of the refrigerator. Also, the cooktop looks like the stainless is rusting.

We bought this fridge to replace a 6 year old, failing Samsung. We had this delivered from BB and it is simply gorgeous. The storage, layout, design, etc. is incredible. On the first night, I noticed the freezer condenser fan making a steady rattling noise as it ran. I told myself that maybe it just needed to get up to temp, etc. Fast forward a few weeks, and it's still doing it. So much so that if we're sitting in the kitchen at the island having a conversation, it's noticeable and annoying. It's louder than our previous fridge which was almost whisper quiet. I don't believe I have unrealistic expectations for the fan rattle/noise, yet I'm not sure what I can do at this point, and we waited for 5 months for it to arrive, and I simply can't wait that long for a replacement, so we decided to just live with it.

I would love to give this refrigerator 5 stars because it has some wonderful features and looks great in my kitchen. However, I am returning it because of a chronic issue with the doors. They seem like soft-close doors but don't be fooled. They often get almost closed but then roll back open. Or they close to the last half inch and stop. So that several times a day I hear the door alarm calling me back to the kitchen or across the room to close the door. Figured after a couple of weeks that we'd get used to it and close it "properly". Hasn't happened. And my wife is hearing impaired so she doesn't hear the alarm at all and I am either calling out "Door!" or going to do it myself. I know others complained and our unit may have been worse than most by not taking a chance. It is going back to Best Buy.

We are on our 3rd one- refrigerator is fine- in fact like it. But the right door has been scratched when they deliver it. Hope the 3rd time is a charm!

5 star fridge outside of the ice maker. Worst I’ve maker ever, had to use warranty and one month later it was fixed. Not it constantly blocks up and have to take chunks of ice out to fix.
