I just have had this about a week. The pros: It is a very roomy refrigerator with a lot of space in the doors. Compared to other models it has a lot of different ways to program it. I like the flexibility of the middle drawer. I prefer the sleek look as opposed to water and ice in the door. I like the fact that the inside seems very cleanable and you have many ways to fit the shelves. So far so good. The cons of this refrigerator: The deli drawer sticks and is hard to open and close. As well for an expensive refrigerator that drawer is flimsy. The outer steel is fragile and can be dented so be careful. Again, a strange overlook for a well built and conceived refrigerator. Lastly you need to be careful to close the doors. It's very easy to leave these open. They do not have as much suction, again an odd design flaw for an expensive refrigerator.

This refrigerator is functional and beautiful. It took a few days to fill the ice ray but now have plenty of ice. Love the middle drawer for all my fruits and vegetables. I would highly recommend

Looks great and so far is the answer to my needs. With consideration to the required measurements, Bosch is the only counter depth refrigerator that fits the size requirements.

Our built-in Subzero finally quit after 40(!) years… we decided to get the Bosch since it’s so much better priced than a built-in and has great reviews. It looks great and functions beautifully. The storage layout of the fridge is extremely efficient and fits much more food than our old fridge of the same cubic storage capacity. We kept the old top metal grate from the built-in to fill in the additional space left above the Bosch (still need to add just a 1” trim piece) and it really helps to integrate the Bosch into the cabinet space. I took off one star, though, because all the fridge doors do take a solid push to fully close them; between the kids and us, someone is always getting the beeping notification that a door is ajar. I wish it had a stronger final “pull” close.

I'd really like to give this fridge full marks, but for the water dispenser. It constantly leaks and the water ends up dripping into the Vitafresh drawer! This is exceptionally annoying because you have to constantly wipe up the mess in the fridge and in the drawer. What on earth were the Bosch engineers thinking??? The rest of the unit is great (so far).

The Bosch Fridge was delivered today. It’s beautiful though we haven’t really used it for more than a couple of hours. Our only complaint, and it’s significant, is that when rolling it back into place, the wheels scratch our new wood floor. Why would such a nice fridge not have better wheels??!!

I love this refrigerator! I’d give it 5 stars, but although I measured the space, the doors are very thick (about 3”) so I can’t open the left door all the way without pulling it out from the wall. But no way is it going back - the ice is amazing!!!

First and foremost, this fridge is beautifully designed. Hands down, the nicest looking fridge in its price range. It looks "Built-in" and very sleek without the handles or ice/water machine on the outside. I also love that it has two compressors and does a fantastic job maintaining a stable temperature. I also love the middle drawer and the interior water dispenser and the ice dispenser and scoop in the freezer. I wish the middle drawer had the option to be a second freezer area as well, but it only gets as cold as 27 degrees. I also wish the produce tray in the upper part of the fridge was split so you could pull it out with only one door open. Alas, you must open BOTH upper doors to open that produce drawer, which has proven inconvenient. Because of this, I decided to use it as my meat drawer instead and use the middle flex-fridge section for produce, cheese, butter, etc., because I tend to need access to those items more often than meat. The biggest downside with this fridge is that the stainless steel itself is very thin and lesser quality than other fridges I've owned. For starters, it's magnetic, which is indicative of a higher level of iron and that leads to tarnishing faster. (requiring more maintenance). Fingerprints are also highly visible and become a regular headache to clean. But be careful, as there is a factory finish on this fridge that can rub off very easily with too much elbow grease, the wrong cleaning agent, or if you use a paper towel with too much pressure. It literally rubs off the finish before your eyes, Because of that, I do not recommend you use paper towels to clean this fridge. Only use a high quality microfiber cloth and polish with the grain. I recommend either BOSCH or WEIMAN stainless steel cleaner. Other stainless steel cleaners might prove damaging. Do a test first. This fridge also scratches and dents very easily. The stainless steel is so thing and delicate, that it will scratch and dent if you bump it with a mug, graze it with a shirt button, or accidentally tap it with a tray corner or any hard object when trying to put items into the fridge or the cabinet above. For the price, they should be using much thicker, stronger, higher quality stainless steel. Even with all that said, I still love this fridge and don't regret my purchase because it has a lot of space and does an excellent job keeping food fresh and maintaining a stable temperature.

Love this product. First time in 45 years without water/ice dispenser on the door but getting used to it. The ice maker puts out a lot of ice. The veggie bin keeps lettuce and other delicate veggies for a long time compared to other brands (we’ve had Maytag, Samsung, LG). The counter depth is surprisingly spacious. Finger prints wipe off easily. The instructions are a little sketchy with regards to setting the various temperatures.

I really like the minimalist look of the refrig. The pull-out bin in the refrig is cheaply made, does not open/close smoothly. Feels like it will fall apart if pulled w/1 hand. The butter cheese compartment cannot be moved, not interchanae to another location. I like the exterior look it is exactly what I was looking for. I am the only one one using the product so it works for me. For the price I would expect the drawer & butter compartment would be more funcutional especially for more than 1 person using. Bosch missed the mark on those.those are the only cons. I like it is quiet I am in a townhouse so it it small kitchen, the minimalist look works for me. Because it’s French doors they work well, the cons I read are not an issue it’s the way the French door is designed. Overall I give this a good rating, for me the fresh bin could be a smother transition & I’d like to move the butter /cheese bin so I gave only 4 stars.

New Counter Depth Bosch Refrigerator is "EVERYTHING" you would expect from the Bosch product line. Very sleek, polished, operates very quietly, and you can tell the difference with compartment temperatures due to the dual compressors. In my opinion, it's worth the investment.

Withiut a doubt this is a quality refrigerator and while Bosch may have had some issues with some of their COVID-era build quality, i didnt experience sny issues with the ice maker, stainless steel tarnishes, etc. that some others experience. However, it is clear that there are some questionable design choices on this model. 1/ Having no handles leads to a fingerprint priblem. This model isnt one of those that has a fingerprint resistant surface and dont let anyone tell you otherwise. You will be policing these doors all the time because your gran point lend themselves to people touching the doors and you will be clearing those smudges all the time. 2/ Similarly, the bottom teo doors have design elements on angles that face inward, so any dust, crumbs, spills, from thr main fridge area start to collect in those pockets and they are VERY hard to clean 3/ while the ice maker works exceptionally well for me, once it fills up you will find that scooped ice will frequently fall behind the ice trough and into the freezer area below it. Not often to cause real concern, but definitely enough to be an annoyance if your family doesnt churn through a lot of ice on a daily basis.

The quality is evident in this refrigerator. We are ver pleased. Even though it is slightly smaller than our previous refrigerator, it feels larger. The only thing we feel could be better is the water dispenser could be more convenient.

I like the look of the Bosch in my kitchen - nicest looking frig ever. I also like the fresh vegetable drawer. What I am not as pleased with is the doors do not close all the way and although they will beep if not shut tight, it is something that requires constant attention. The ice cube maker also makes perfect sized cubes but they bunch up in the corner and become a big blob of ice. It is very expensive and these issues should not exist.

I love my fridge. However, it did not receive five stars because of the flawed design for the water dispenser. I love the ice that it makes, the overall design if the fridge but hate the water dispenser. Water runs out of the back during and after use.

Looks very sleek and modern with no handles. Only thing I don’t like is you can see some writing where the indented handles are. Pretty spacious and roomy for the size. Have received many compliments on it already Overall I am very satisfied

Great fridge!! We love everything about it. Only disappointment is it shows more fingerprints that we prefer, and the water dispenser on inside takes some getting use to. Otherwise, it is perfect!

We love the refrigerator. Everything is great except one thing, The fingerprints. We thought we wanted a sleek new look so we bought the Bosch we no handles. After we had the refrigerator for one day we new we made a mistake. No handles mean touching the stainless steel with your hands. But other than the fingerprints the refrigerator is great. Bosch makes a great product. The ice maker is awesome. I just hate the fingerprints because no handles.

We've had this fridge for about a month now. We like how modern it looks and feels with multiple compartments. French doors make access to food easy. Separate compressors for freezer and refrigerator sections make for a more reliable temperature setting. But it does introduce an extra point of failure. Water dispenser is on the inside which is unusual but we don't really use it so I have no real opinion on whether it's good or bad. The only negative is that the bins feel a little flimsy, not sure how long they will last.
