I love this stove so much, I bought one for my house and one for my mother’s house. The fifth burner is a bonus, the grates are easy to move and clean, the burners kick out the heat. The storage drawer at the bottom opens with the touch of your toe, and it also serves as a warming drawer. I think they’re discontinuing this model, which is a shame. Oh, and I love the edge counter lip that keeps crumbs from falling down between the stove and counter.

This Bosch gas range is one of the best ranges I’ve used. Burner flame control is great, Oven temperature is pretty accurate, and consistent. I have not used the warming drawer yet but looking forward to it. And it looks great.
Like the stylish design. However, the grate is too high. After testing on 4 Qt water from room temp to boiling point, it takes 20% more time compared with the old range we have.

Much better than our GE Profile, we are glad that it was in stock.

I have owned several gas range ovens the years, and my new Bosch range is by far the best.

My review is only based on our installation challenges, I will update once we have used the range for a few months. The range has 2 screws on either side, holding the front display plate on, that are not flush, and stick out 1/8", meaning the range does not slide in to a standard 30" opening. Our countertop installers mentioned this is not the first time they have seen this, so is common with Bosch ranges? The lower screw damaged the cabinet frame and the upper screw required our installers to return and grind down the stone so the range would fit - messy and a huge pain!! See pictures.... Very disappointed in this design flaw from a brand of Bosch's caliber.

I love this gas range so far! Got it just before thanksgiving 2019 and everything turned out amazing! Very easy to keep clean. Switched from a glass stove to gas and it is so much easier to keep clean!!! Love it! Cannot recommend enough to get this stove if you are in the market for a new gas stove! Well built, solid quality product. Bosch does not disappoint!

Amazing range with fantastic features. Awesome range that I can highly recommend. I studied many reviews before I made this purchase and found the Bosch range to have the highest praises with the least complaints. I'm so happy I made this purchase.

After much research I looked at all gas stoves and found only one that had the look and feel of a high-end/built-in stove and it was this Bosch. The capacity is huge, the heat on burners consistent, easy-use controls and wonderful inside lighting. It does, as advertised, slide into a space that the "normal" slide-in unit would occupy. But because the edge overlaps counter and the unit is so nice and heavy, this looks like it was custom built for my home. Warming drawer "push to open" takes a bit of getting used to. But overall, fantastic stove with many upgraded features. Love the metal (not plastic) knobs!!

Keeping this short but sweet, amazing range and oven. The gas range burners come on in 2 clicks/pops or less. The grate has rubber stoppers so it never touches the top of the stove, which means no scratching like all of the other competition ranges. Stainless steel on this one has been easy to clean and stays finger print free. (Side note, Magic Stainless Steel Ceaner is the best product I've tried yet for cleaning and deterring finger prints). When looking at this range I had narrowed it down between this one and a high end Samsung. The Samsung had high praise but two reoccurring issues amongs the majority of its reviewers. It was a thin steel that scratched and dented easily with your fingers, and the top of the oven was hard to clean and the top scratched easily from the metal grates. Yes this Bosch oven was $300 more then Samsung but OMG daily use and easy care alone has more then made up for it. Ranges last way too long to regret a purchase over a $300 differential. Lastly, the oven is impressively beautiful to look at (I've received numerous compliments), if you ever sell your house, Bosch ovens have high sales appeal for a cooks kitchen.

I am very pleased with my new Bosch 800 Gas Range. It exceeds all of my expectations and I especially love the center burner. It is exactly what you need for large pots such as used in canning.

I bought this for its oven, which is much better than the Frigidaire I used to have. The wings on the side are also a plus, keeping the space between the cabinet and stove clean. The only drawback is that you need to use a stove cleaner and then a stainless cleaner for the cooktop. i don't mind but some people may find it extra work.

Very pleased with the Bosch. The Bosch has five burners instead of four with a center located grill, which is the usual configuration for ranges these days. Electric grills can be purchased inexpensively if you want one, I'd rather have the fifth burner. Range knobs are made of metal, not plastic (nice). The convection fan runs continuously in convection mode unlike the Samsung I traded in, which would cycle on and off. The gas burners light immediately when turned on, no delay like the Samsung. The oven heats up SUPER fast, really a surprise, unlike any kitchen stove I've ever had (electric or gas) and the oven temperature on the display matches the separate display on the bimetal thermometer I bought and placed in the oven. Range top is easy to clean. On the slightly negative side there doesn't seem to be much fingerprint resistance on the stainless steel but the recommended (tried and true) 409 leaner mitigates this and seems to work well in cleaning those up. I haven't used every function on Bosch yet but the product seems consistent with all Bosch products I own from shop tools to spark plugs. They're all "just a grade above" the rest. Last, I was a little wary in my purchase due the Bosch being an "Open Box" return but the Sales Manager gave me an absolutely great deal and treated me right. Thanks, Milbradt

I spend a long time researching ranges for a very low cost you can get a fully functioning samsung, but I decided to spend a little more for a cleaner design and less functions I felt I would not use. I have had this stove since november and have enjoyed the easy clean up, power of the 5 burners and quick heat up to the oven. Display is very easy to read and use. I am very pleased with the purchase.

After using the Whirlpool range that came with the house and dealing with all its problems, I decided to upgrade to a Bosch. I love the 5 burners with the different sized flames. The oven heats quickly and everything has cooked perfectly in it. The only small drawback is the timer sound is very faint but I mostly use Alexis for timing things because I can just tell her what I need. I also purchased the stove top mat to protect against spills which has made it easier to clean around the burners.

Bosch delivers again! I stalked this range for about 4 months before purchasing. I went on various websites, stopped into the store a few times and just read everything I could. We had a great experience with our Bosch dishwasher, and decided to go all in on the brand but I wanted to find the perfect range for us. When we pulled out the old range, I was stunned at the amount of debris we found. With the sides of the cooktop extending over the countertop, those days are over. So for that reason alone I was happy. Now lets talk about the stove top - the burners are powerful, and the center burner is a higher BTU (I forget the number), and it definitely shows, as it’s reduced the amount of time that it takes to boil water tremendously. The oven itself is amazing as well. It preheats quickly and I love the different food presets (especially the pizza setting!). One month in with this appliance and I just couldn’t be happier.

This stovetop knocks it out of the park! Sleek modern design to upgrade the look of our kitchen already. Functionality is great, including the warming drawer under oven. The upgrade to convection is worth it and pays already dividends in saved time. Only tip, get some wood to cover gap to wall behind stove if installing in existing kitchen; costs 10 bucks, upgrades design and allows for better cleaning.

We knew we wanted a Bosch because of its inherent, built-in quality, but this 800 series has convection completely exceeded our expectations. First off, it’s simply stunning to look at. The range is streamlined, brilliantly laid out and a joy to cook on. The digital display is flawless and both the convection and the gas oven are amazingly efficient. Overall an A++

This is one of the very few ranges has the "ear" along its top. This is a great feature that prevent food drop into the gap between the range and counter tops. It also make the range looks more pretty. The center burner is very powerful. I don't have issue like "hard to boil water" as some other reviewers.
