I have a braiser that is 15 inches in diameter. Will I be able to heat it up evenly using the biggest induction ring?
Answered by BoschAppliancesUSAHello, thank you for your interest. The largest circular burner is 12". If your braising pan is elongated, or rectangular, it will heat properly on the FlexZone elements on the outside of the unit.
