I purchased this stove February of 2022 at Best Buy. It was installed July 2022. I also purchased the extended warranty for $400. After 1 year the warming drawer got stuck. I called for warranty service and was told there is no authorized service available in my area. Now if I pay to have it fixed the warranty is void. However they will replace the stove. Sounds great, right? No I have to pay $200 more because the price has gone up and replace the warranty for $400 because this fulfills the warranty.

Had to get used to it - but ended up really liking the location of the 'burners" Would give it a 5 star - but one of the areas is not turning on anymore and we need a repair

The range has a lot of features, it is taking time to learn all about it. It would be helpful if there was an instruction video to help operate the range. I love the area to use a griddle or different size cookware. The more I use this range the more I"m enjoying it.
