I use these headphones only for gaming. Although sound quality is great, there are two annoyances when using these for gaming: 1. Wireless connection has some latency issues, which means you will be using a wired connection if you don't want 200ms+ of audio lag. Indeed, wired connection has no lag but the sound quality (especially bass levels) are inferuior on the wired connection. 2. The built-in microphone isn't too great in terms of sound quality, but what makes it worse is that it only works when connected wirelessly. You can't use the mic at all when it's connected via wire, even if you have all the proper wires/settings etc. A strange issue that caused me to spend extra money on a third party boom mic. Overall have been using these for over a year and a half and very happy with them. Just keep in mind that if you want to use them for gaming there are better alternatives out there.

Issue #1: They aren’t great for people with a small head, an issue not unique to just these headphones. They are better than others I’ve tried, though. Issue #2: The noise cancellation is good, but nothing compared to Apple’s Earpod Pro. For the price, it should be. Overall: Sound quality is great. Between these, the new Sony headphones, a couple other Bose headphones, and Beats, these are the most resistant to slipping off your head. So you could take these to the gym for lifting weights or something (warning: NOT sweat proof). They are easy to use, and comfortable.

I have this now about a year and a half and the right ear muff on the inside is coming apart....the sound is great. For the money I paid for it, I didn’t expect this to be happening.☹️I took a star off for the right inside muff.

Hey there,
I'm sorry that your headphones' ear cushions are damaged. The great news is that these are easily replaced, so they can be restored to great condition in no time. You can either find replacement cushions here - https://bose.life/2LrasS8. Alternatively, you can give our customer support team a call - http://bose.life/globalsupport.

I have been using these headphones for little over a week now and I must say that these are one of the best noice cancelling headphones. Like the fact that it has different levels of noice cancelling. If you dont want to get yelled at by your wife...I suggest using low level noice cancelling, because keeping it on high will completely block out the noice. Battery life is simple amazing. I probably had to charge is once since I got it. Another cool feature that this head phones has is the ability to talk to SIRI or Google assistant. I havent used it much but can see a use for it. I usually dont like having over the head headphones when I am working out at the gym but I must say this has a great fit and is very comfortable even for long periods. The only complain I have about this headphones is the design. When you are resting them on your shoulder to talk to someone, the ear cups dont fold to rest on your shoulder. Not sure if I got a faulty one because if I wear it the opposite way ie left ear on right and right ear on left, thats when the cups fold. Hopefully the uploaded pictures explain it better. Other than this....I just love this headphones and would highly recommend it.

Bose is Boss. I had my eyes on this headphones when I saw it first on BestBuy. I really wanted to try it and see how does it sound. My current headphones are great but it lacks the comfort for long hours. Being music lover and using it during day time at work was my priority. I loved this headphones when I first put them on. Very comfortable and hugging. Lets look at some of the good and bad about this product. The Good: 1. Beautiful looking phones. I like them in black as it has amazing finish. 2. Easy to setup, get the Bose connect app and sets up very fast and also downloaded some software for phone. 3. Goggle assists is the best feature on this headphones. Fun to use it with headphones on. 3. Sound quality is really really good. Nice and thin sound. 4. Cancels the noise nicely. It creates a vacuum to cancel all static voice frequencies. 5. Operation buttons are placed well on headphones. On left, there is noise cancellation and on right its On/Off and playback controls. 6. Wore it for long time and no issues at all. No headache or ear pain. 7. Taking and making calls were very easy. Sound was very clear and no lag between communication. The Bad: 1. The jacks on cable provided are different, thinner one is for headphone. Every time I need to check if thats the one I need to plug. But this is only if you are not using with bluetooth audio device. 2. R and L are written inside the headphones, makes it little bit difficult to find. 3. Vacuum generated is very strong, some people may not like as you may feel that its pulling things from ears. 4. Not meant for big ears. If your ears are taller than 3" then this is not for you. 5. People around you can hear the music if its on full volume. Not to be used at work with high volume. Yes, this is really a great product. Looks great, sounds great and feels great. Definitely recommended.

Love these Wireless Bluetooth Headphones. They sound great , are super comfortable and the noise canceling feature is awesome for lawn mowing . Can’t wait to try them out snow blowing this fall. My ears did get a little warm after approx. two hrs. Of mowing / trimming but a small price to pay for drowning out 90% of the mower noise. And I had 90% batt life left next time I used them

I bought these solely to travel with as I already have open back headphones and speakers for home. I'd like to start off by saying that these headphones are super comfortable, probably the most comfortable that I have ever owned. This combined with the noise cancelling will surely make travelling pretty pleasing. I like the physical buttons, and I also enjoy how easy they are to get used to. Volume buttons, pause-play/skip/rewind buttons, and the ANC button are super self explanatory, and I figured them out within 10 minutes of listening without ever needing to consult the manual. As for sound, they sound decent. I am pretty picky when it comes to sound, so they seem to have a little more bass than I would like. They also seem a little dark sounding. But, as far as sound goes, I realize that it's not the selling point of the headphone. This product is great and definitely deserves the praise it gets.

Everyone is familiar with the Bose reputation so I won't go into that. Overall, they perform well as you would expect from a $300 pair of headphones, but you might be able to find better in another brand like getting the equivalent Sony noise cancels for $50-100 cheaper. You are definitely paying some money for the Bose brand that you are not getting back in functionality. Pros: - noise cancelling is stellar - super comfortable for any length of time you need to wear - bluetooth pretty easy to use and pair, but that is typically true even of $20 headphones.. Cons: - When i bought these headphones, the microphone was so sensitive that I could not take calls on them if there was ANY background noise. like even in your home if someone turned the sink in another room it would blow up a conference call. I think Bose may have fixed this with a firmware update since I have not been hearing the same complaints, but I was pretty angry initially to have this problem with $300 headphones. - Sometimes have bluetooth pairing problems with my Windows PC, but that honestly might be a windows problem (shocker) and not Bose as they always work flawlessly with the iPhone.

The only reason why this is a 4 star rating is because the headphones are a bit pricey. I get that it’s priced as it is because of the quality, but that’s still something to consider. Other wise, these are the best headphones I’ve tried. I’m not an expert in sound quality and all that, but music sounds fantastic in these. The bass gives an extra oompf that I haven’t heard in other headphones. Yes, other headphones have bass, but these just sound so much better quality. The cushions are comfortable, and the noise cancellation is amazing. Good for if you want to cancel out people talking. The noise cancellation varies in 3 levels. High, low, and off. Even at off, they still block out sound, obviously. The headphones are flexible and adjustable, so they will fit all head sizes perfectly. You have to install the Bose app, which lets you control settings. I really like how when you turn the headphones on, a voice tells you the battery percentage, which is useful. The design is sleek and looks great. Overall, these are top quality headphones, the only thing to consider is the price, but these would last for a pretty long time, so might as well make your money worth it.

The Bose QC35 II are by far one of the best headphones out there at this price. The noise cancellation is one of the best on the market, pretty much the gold standard. these are one of the most comfortable headphones I ever bought. It’s everything you can enjoy in one product. I give 4 stars because i was only able to connect these to one device at a time, I would have to disconnect them from my phone in order to use them with something else. I highly recommend the Bose QC35 II

Good sound quality; bass and treble not adjustable. Battery life is good; one full change can get you more than 20 hours without noise cancellation; comfort and good fit; I would give it 4.5 for lack of bass and treble distinction.

Bought these for my boyfriend he absolutely loves them. He uses them for long hours of gaming and says they are comfortable and sound really good. They are very lightweight too and the blue color looks so nice. Theyre a Bit pricy but well worth it i think.

Very comfortable. Great sound. Comes with a good case to store and transport the headphones. Love the Bluetooth connection for wireless listening. The USB cable to recharge the headphones is super short. You can't recharge and wear the headphones at the same time. There is a cord to connect for wired listening. The cord is a bit short but will do the job in a pinch. Noise cancellation does not work when tethered. I wear the headphones nearly all day at work to block out distractions and I absolutely love them. Its one of the best "electronics" purchases I have ever made. Its the length of the USB charging cord and the fact that noise cancellation does not work when tethered that keeps me from giving a 5 star rating.
