Customers frequently mention that the product delivers incredible sound quality, making it a standout feature for users. Many also appreciate the comfortable design and secure fit, which are complemented by an impressive battery life. While the overall experience is highly positive, some users have noted occasional connectivity issues and a desire for a higher maximum volume level.
CustomTune technology analyzes your ears and adapts the sound and noise cancelling to their unique shape. The result? World-class noise cancellation and sound tailored to you for more goosebumps and bigger chills every time you press play.
When all you want is music, there’s the best noise cancelling of any Bose earbud. And now it’s even better than before. ActiveSense technology automatically smooths spikes in surrounding sound, so even in Aware Mode distractions won’t get in the way.
Tune all the way in to totally jam out with the full noise cancellation of Quiet Mode. Or keep on top of your surroundings in Aware Mode for full transparency. There’s also Immersion Mode that blends noise cancelling with Bose Immersive Audio for the realest listening experience.
A must-have for anyone serious about sound, Bose Immersive Audio spatializes what you’re hearing by taking it out of your head and placing beyond your earbuds. It’s like listening from the acoustic sweet spot, where songs sound like the artist intended and movies have theater-like levels of depth and realism.
Focus on the beat — not your buds. Choose from nine combinations of eartips and stability bands to find the most secure, snug fit. The soft, umbrella-shaped tips seal off the opening of your ear to reduce outside noises. And stability bands hug the contours of your ears for a fit that won’t quit.
Stay in touch while you’re out with the clearest phone calls. Noise-rejecting mics focus on your voice and AI-based background noise suppression filters out your surroundings and wind so you can be heard and hear it all. Take calls with both or a single earbud, whatever works for you.
Play for up to 6 hours in Quiet or Aware Mode (up to 4 hours with Immersive Audio).* Running short on power? The case itself holds up to three additional full charges,** and recharging it is now easier than ever with new wireless capabilities.
Bluetooth multipoint offers seamless, uninterrupted listening. Switch between your phone, your laptop, and other devices with ease — all without missing a moment.
Advanced Bluetooth connectivity offers a strong, continuous connection within 30 feet of your device.
Play or pause music, change the volume, and switch tracks with simple touch controls right on the earbuds themselves. You can even answer calls and cycle through modes, all without ever taking out your phone.
Take personalization to another level in the Bose app. Create a Custom Mode (such as combining Aware Mode and Immersive Audio) or use Adjustable EQ settings to dial in the sound. Control bass, mid-range, and treble levels as you go. The app also lets you check the battery life of your earbuds and case, customize a shortcut, and manage connected devices.
