Terrible product, its mindblowing all these people didnt catch a huge flaw with these. Gen 1 uses full power anc on quiet mode and immersion modes(not aware mode), but gen 2 uses adaptive(which gen 1 supposedly uses, but uses it right anyway)which means changing at all times, but these people dont notice because the anc is still at 50 perecnt and the music is loud enough so they dont know its lowering your anc at all times and making it so i hear backgound noise all the time. Stick with gen 1 unless u dont care about anc stability. To check this put on quiet mode and then quickly play a song at medium volume, then quickly pause and listen to the anc change, no way to change this. Dumbest pair of headphones i ever bought, super bummed.

Returned after two weeks. Not comfortable to sleep in and the right side started to only work sometimes. Yes, I know they aren't for sleeping but my husband snores and I can't sleep. I purchased the Beats Studio Pro and they work much better for my issues. At first the sound quality was great, just didn't last.

Trash , trash, trash , I completely did not like the sound I got from these for the price I do not recommend it to anyone spending more than $100 on headphones these are pure trash sound .

Worst mobile app design: I had impression that mobile app is common across the devices to manage and maintain but reality forced to connect mobile and disconnecting other device. Secondly this is had a minute disconnect from TV so unable to use it for TV.

I bought the “White” ones based on the photos, and what I got was not at all white. If they had accurate photos or clearly stated the white ones weren’t white, but off white or beige or light gray or crime colored or anything other than what most people would call “white” I would have ordered a different color, but as is, I received these a day before I leave for travel, so I have no options but to make do with my 15 year old QC15s until I return so I can make the hour drive to a store to return these ugly not white headphones.
