The Driftwood Sand finish uses a warm neutral exterior with metallic bronze-toned accents for a refined appearance. The second-generation noise-cancellation system is designed to provide smoother control over environmental sound. Aware Mode allows surrounding sound to pass through, while updated ActiveSense processing helps reduce sudden spikes in outside noise. Noise cancellation can also be adjusted or turned off through the Bose app. Bose Immersive Audio spatializes conventional stereo content to create a broader presentation that feels less confined inside the headphones. Cinema Mode expands the spatial effect for movies and video while balancing dialogue, background audio, and effects for a more cinematic presentation. The headphones support USB-C digital audio, allowing compatible USB-C source devices to send 16-bit audio at 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz directly to the headphones.
