The Bose charging dock does what it is supposed to do. It also gets the Bose speaker up off the counter which I like. It's not too high, but high enough that if liquid runs near I am thankful to have that elevation. However, the cord is very lose and the wave channel does not help get the cord to stay connected. I had to use some electrical tape to keep keep the cord connected. I just bought some adhesive cord dots that I am going to try as tape will lose the connection in the long run. Hopefully the dots will work long term.

Very simple wireless charger cradle all you have to do place the Bose sound revolver on it. The thing is that I found hard is that you have to put precisely on it, if not it will fall of but with the weight it will stand perfect and unless you touch it, it won’t tip over they should have put a strong magnet to hold it in place other then that it’s a great charger.

I am not sure what the pricing on this accessory will be so it's hard to really make a judgement on it's value. Basically, it is a charging cradle that allows you to just set the speaker on top of it to charge instead of having to plug/unplug the micro-USB cable from the speaker directly. I think it is a great accessory if: 1. You often take your Bose Revolve speaker with you when you leave your home. 2. You often move your speaker between rooms in your home. 3. If the place where you want to put your speaker is not close to a power outlet. For convenience, it is definitely better than having to unplug the USB cable and then plug it back in when the battery runs down. When you want to move the speaker, you can just pick it up and go. Build quality is nice, has some weight, but not too much and anti-slip pads on the bottom keep it in place. The bottom is metal, the top surface is plastic. To top surface is also keyed with a raised round feature that matches a round groove on the bottom of the Revolve speaker so that you don't have to fumble around to line up the speaker with the charging pins. It is a well designed accessory that not everyone will need, but is handy if the portability of the speaker is important to you.

The Bose Cradle is a simple disc like object which lets you charge the bose revolve Bluetooth speaker. The charging cradle is compatible with the Revolve and Revolve+ Speakers. The cradle can actually be charging the speaker while in use, so if you are out of juiceand still need to be playing music, this is a good option. Remember, the Charging cable and Adapter does not come with the cradle but it is included with your Bose Revolve/Revolve+ Speaker. The real question is, do you need it if the bose speaker comes with the charging cable and adapter and can actually stand on its own?

This little charging puck removes the need for stabbing your beautiful speaker with a micro usb cable. As we all know continually plugging and unplugging micro usb plugs will eventually fail, hence lots of new products using USB-C, which I'm a little surprised this one does not. The puck has a horseshoe shaped rubber fitting that forces you to get the speaker aligned properly to make contact with the points, which is a little tedious but works out well. There is also a nice indent in the bottom of the puck to recess the plugged in cord so the puck can sit anywhere. Because it doesn't have a lot of mass to it, sometimes the cord wants to push it around on your table/desk if the speaker isn't on it. This charging dock is made from similar materials as the speaker itself and feels solid and substantial in the hand.

Charging cradle is for Bose Revolve+ Bluetooth Speaker. It just a cradle and does not come with power cable or power brick, you have to use the cable and power brick from the speaker. You connect the cable to the cradle via the usb port underside and the design is not friendly for fat fingers. Please see photo. Every time I try to unplug, I afraid I might bend it too much and break it. But the cradle is very convenient, you just place the speaker on the cradle for charging. The speaker still work while charging. Recommended if you have extra money.

Purchased the Bose charging unit to go with the player. Wasn't thrilled for having to purchase a base unit with the price point of the player already. It does however look nice and makes charging simple when not in use.

Got this for the Bose Soundlink Revolve and for the most part, it works. The speaker sits on it and it seems like one unit. The design could be better. There is a recessed channel under the cradle for the cable and I think there should be something to hold the cable in place. When you move the cradle around you have to reposition the cable in the channel so that it sits flat, not on the cable. How the speaker docks on to the cradle could be better too. Four pins sticking out should on the speaker and the cradle should have the flat contacts. Could see those being damaged easily sticking out like that. Docking it in the dark is a challenge but not impossible. Other than that, It works great!

The charging cradle fits both the Revolve and the Revolve+ from Bose. It does not come with its own power adapter, instead relying on the one supplied with the speaker. Given the price I would have expected it to have its own charger. The design is good, it has a guide to assist in positioning the speaker molded into the base. Using the base eliminates the need for plugging and unplugging the micro USB, making charging easy and reliable.

The pros: It sounds very good and charging in the cradle is handy. The cons: Doesn't move well, too much setup between uses I like it, glad to have it. The sound is good for a unit of this size. Not as rich as you might like but again it's small. I'm not big on the cradle as the cable will move and get under part of the unit so it doesn't sit flat. Not a problem if you don't move it but I do. Be aware that it sits loose in the cradle so don't try to pick up the whole unit at once, the speaker will fall. No big deal there. Also between uses you'll need to reawaken it by hitting the main power button, then the Bluetooth or USB buttons to re-connect. I'd like to be able to come back to my desk, hit play and listen, not fiddle with it first. I haven't used it much outside the cradle so I don't know about battery life. The microphone is fair but if you rely on one, try a standalone. I like this unit, glad to have it. If you think the features will meet your needs then you'll probably like this one.

Very convenient to charge the speaker w/o having to insert a plug each time. Small footprint and non-slip base. But, for $30, it should come with its own cord and charger. Instead, you must use the components supplied with the speaker itself. If you want to leave the base set up at home and take a separate charger to work or a party, you will need to purchase one or have a spare micro USB to USB cable and standard USB charger. Only other downside was that it is a contact charger that requires 4 pins to contact the 4 small plates on the bottom of the speaker. This also means the units must be aligned to charge correctly. This is simple with curved tongue and groove on base and speaker. It would have been much nicer to have an induction charging system that would not require alignment and be more waterproof. So far (1 month) it seems to be working well.

Simple device that allows your Bose Revolve speaker to continuously charge. A fully-charged Revolve lasts a good ten or more hours and this accessary makes it much easier. A little pricey (as are most Bose products) but does the job.

I purchased this at the same time I bought the Revolve speaker and am pleased with the product. It is a little pricy, but I wanted something that would make it very easy to recharge the Bose and it clearly fills the bill.

This is a good charging cradle but it could have been designed a little better. Sometimes it is hard to fit the Bose Revolve onto the cradle if you don't align the speaker and the groove on the cradle just right. You will find yourself rotating the speaker until it goes down onto the cradle. I wish it was like my old iHome speaker where the cradle was kind of a broad pyramid shaped so that you can drop it on without error each time you need to recharge. The cradle charges easier than the micro USB cord. I just been too spoiled by the easy docking form my old iHome speaker.

This charging cradle is not necessary in order to charge the speaker, but it is very convenient. Also, if you or your children are one of those people that has problems with your charging ports on your electronics breaking because you can't seem to figure out how to plug the cord in straight, then I would definitely recommend buying this cradle to protect your $200-300 speaker investment. If you break the plug in on your Bose speaker you're looking at a big loss. If you break the plug in on your Bose charging cradle you're only looking at about a $25 loss. Just something to think about

Wonderful cradle from Bose... It's so easy to use. But, it's a bit hard to use any other microUSB cable except the one that came with the speaker.

No longer need to keep plugging usb cable into speaker each time to charge speaker. Just plug into cradle once and thereafter position speaker on cradle to charge speaker. Only negative point is the usb cable is difficult to insert into the cradle. Once I was finally able to get it inserted into the cradle port I had to tape the cable to the bottom of the base to keep it from pulling loose.

This product works well but does not come with its own USB cable or AC adapter. I should be willing to take a few more seconds to plug the USB cable into the speaker but the most compelling case I can make to pay extra for this adapter is to protect the speaker from a USB connector from breaking its counterpart built into the speaker. For a speaker which costs $300, this should be standard equipment.

Love the charging deck but I wish a cord had been included. I specifically asked if cord was included and was informed by salesperson that it was but alas, it was not.
