Let's talk about the good. As a speaker, this thing is awesome. It really sounds great and has decent bass. Let's talk about the cool. With the SoundTouch app, you can link this up with other SoundTouch products and have them all playing the same thing in different rooms. It really makes having parties and get togethers so much better. If you don't outright tell your guests you have everything linked up, you'll notice it becomes a talking point that it's like the music doesn't stop no matter where you go. Let's talk about the reason why I can't give it 5 stars. Bose kills me with the SoundTouch app. I have this linked with my SoundTouch 10 and my WirelessLink (which allows you to play through any speakers) and half the time they work phenomenally. Then the other half of the time, the SoundTouch app will not catch up to what's currently being played and trying to adjust the volume for the individual products they will not properly adjust. Sometimes the speakers will spike all the way up in volume and scare the living life out of you. The next minute, they'll completely mute and you have someone yelling from another room "what happened to the music???" If Bose could just better the link between these devices and their app, they'd be 5 stars.

This is a great sound system, it can get very loud and the bass is good too. My only complaint is that it has to stay plugged in.

It has a tremendously clear sound to it. It also is pretty loud for such a small system. We enjoy using it daily.

I love Bose products. They have a rich sound quality and super bass which takes music to another dimension.

I purchased Sonos Play 3 and liked it. Planned to keep it until I did some more research and found that Bose also connects via Bluetooth and has a display in the middle showing what's playing. It sounds great and looks...well it could have a better design but good enough to me considering all the pros.

This speaker sounds great and fills an average size room with sound. It works extremely well streaming from the wifi. We use it mostly for playing music off of the internet. It also works well hooked up to ourt CD Player. This allows us to listen to the CD's using a better sound system that what the current CD Player has.We have not as yet hooked it up to the TV but we are planning on trying that also.

This system delivers great sound for the price. It looks good and was easy to set up.

I was searching for a good speaker for our bedroom. Not too big and not too small and speaker that has good sound quality. The price might be on the higher side but it's worth every peny. Easy to connect to your phone or any other bluetooth devices. We're very satisfied.

It was a seamless / fast install. I love the sound, and the ability to pre-program channels.

Truly a wonderful speaker system with great sound and easy to use. Pairs easily with my Samsung S5 and my new Macbook. I've watch video on both devices and listen on the Bose Sound Touch 20. Remote is easy to use but I can control the system with the phone and the computer. Even though I could have found a wireless system at a cheaper price I chose this because I wanted Bose quality.
