Looks like the item had been sold before. Inside packaging was ripped and there were no warranty card, instruction manuel, not even a tag or advertisement for the company. When trying the unit with AA batteries, the unit was slow to respond with definite lag time.

I've been using this battery pack for over 1 yr. works great for the price. Needs to be charged about once a month, but give me 3-400 extra shots.

It made me pretty mad to see only one review on this product, and it was negative. This product is great. I have had it for a year and it kicks butt. I'm photo journalism student and use this thing everyday.
