I've been a fan of B&W for over 30 years so when I saw these I figured they had to be better than the others I tried. I was wrong. They won't stay in without constant attention and, when I laid on a bench at the gym, they became dislodged and eventually fell on the floor before I completed my set. The sheer weight of the wire & controllers didn't help things either. Way too heavy compared to others. Yes, I tried all 6 combinations of the ear cushions & earpieces. Bad went to worse. The sound quality was good, but lacking transparency and deep lows were almost non-existent. Other brands sound better. I tried my wired Bose Soundsports again and I had everything I wanted except noise cancelling and bluetooth - deep bass, clean mids & highs, light weight and a snug yet very comfortable fit. All for about $170 less. Sound quality and comfort come first for me. Everything else I can live with. I returned the B&W PI4. Very Disappointed.

I love the sleek design of these headphones, even compared with true wireless headphones. The large driver units produce a sound quality that few in-ear headphones can rival (but do adjust your expectation: this is still an in-ear headphone, which means it can never create a soundstage as spacious as a pair of on/over-ear headphones does). It also fits me very well and blocks most environment noise even without ANC. The fins give you extra assurance that these headphones will never fall out of ears. ANC is just so-so--that is, on top of the great sound isolation--but the ambient mode is well implemented. The neckband is very soft and lightweight, and the rubbery finish does what B&W claims: it will stay on your neck without slipping around, as long as you're in an upright position. However, I have to return it. The dealbreaker for me is that whenever I lie down (in the gym), the neckband falls and pulls the control panels over my shoulders. The call quality is also subpar. I would definitely recommend this to someone who primarily uses it for running/cycling, or people who commute a lot and want to avoid the bulkiness of over-ear headphones. It will fit securely in your ears and have as good sound quality as you can expect in any in-ear headphones.

This is my 2nd pair of these earbuds bc the 1st pair I purchased were defective.... the right earbud was making a static sound when a certain amount of pressure was applied to that side. Another issue, with both pairs I've purchased, is a design flaw. When I use them to take phone calls, the mic sounds muffled to the other person, and/or sometimes distant. I have to sort of pull the mic side further up to my mouth for that person to hear me more clearly. Aside from those 2 things, which could be deal breakers for many, the sound quality is awesome as expected from this brand... The noise cancelling function is good, and the app that coincides with them is easy to use. Not sure if they're worth the 3 hundred and change, but maybe it's just me being particular about the design aspect of them. Hopefully this pair doesn't crap out on me like the last ones did. I have owned and still own many B & W products, and over the years I've had them, they've usually held their own with flying colors. Anyway... Thanks for reading.

If I had to use one word to review these headphones I would say they were “decent”. Not great. For the price they should be better than decent. I owned the older B&W B5C in ear headphones that I loved, amazing sound… these are not even close to those. I would stay away from these if your looking for great sound that B&W is known for. These are a miss.

The first pair lastee about 3 weeks and the right ear bud went out. 6 weeks later I revieved pair #2. They worked for about an hour and thr right side went out. 4 werks later got pair number 3….. randon popping sound in both sides. It stings but im going to tajr my $300 loss and go back to bose. I miss my Quiet comfort 30.

Great sound and great battery life. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about because these match my P7's, great highs, lows and midrange. Noise canceling is quite good for an in the ear headphone. Have heard the letting them play for several hours helps the tone so I did that as well. Enjoy!

Purchased to replace Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 2. These are perfect. They have great sound and I have not experienced any connectivity issues.

I had high expectations for these headphones. Unfortunately, they have no bass or mid-tones. So the sound quality is mostly treble sounds and no richness.
