The Boys Choir of the Vienna Woods was founded in 1921 in the Missionary Home of St. Gabriel in Maria Enzersdorf near Modling south of Vienna. The choir initially sang primarily for church services and festivals organized by the Missionary Home, but later began touring throughout Europe, the America's and around the world.
