Due to a packaging issue I did exchange for another same coffee machine. I LOVE this Breville. Best kitchen product investment well worth every penny. It is smooth efficient easy to use with so many options and a programmable desired coffee setting including the dance pour over option. We bought the upgrade accessories for the pour over which is not much more spent and wow!!! Luxury coffee at its finest. We grind our own beans so it’s really daily fresh coffee that’s performed by this exceptional craft.

I'm not afraid to say that I'm a coffee snob. I use a french press for the best flavor but I have been searching (for years) for a great machine that doesn't cost hundreds of dollars. Krupps made the last decent one I had but that was 15 years ago. This is the machine I have been looking for! Great build, SS carafe, cone or flat bottom filter options. Settings for strength and personal options, etc. The temperature at brew is perfect and it only takes 10 minutes for a full pot to finish. My only complaints would be the lack of a metal filter option and the height of the machine. It does not fit under my standard kitchen cabinets (by 1") so I had to put it in an area that is not my first choice. I will be buying a second machine to put away because I've learned to do that over the years with machines I love & want to use for the long-term.

I have had so many coffee makers. If you can name a brand, or a pod type of coffee maker. I have bought, tried it, and have always been left wanting for more. I Had always hoped a pod type coffee maker would fit my needs, but they all turned out to be to weak, or not enough coffee. So I started watching online reviews of drip coffee makers and this one kept showing up. At first I thought that I would just buy the coffee maker, then I got the smart grinder too. Amazing, delicious coffee treats me every morning. My wife who went to Starbucks every morning, loves this purchase.
