it's a great product for small to medium size office and business, Its easy to use, scanning is super fast. Only backlash is that its not dust proof and the paperholder tray is not steady, you touch it and it falls off while fixing paper stack.other than that no issues.runs smooth.

Great scanner, functions well and does not jam while scanning

Easy and straightforward to use. You do not have to put receipts in a plastic cover before scanning. Scans receipts with ease and they turn out one sided automatically as a pdf.

Works great so far. Much needed at my office. Very fast scanning and very reliable. Will buy again.

Easy to set up and the scanner works great and the clarity is wonderful after you see how the scan looks.

The scanner is more of a 4.75 since it only does 8.5" wide paper, but I knew that when I purchased it. It was easy to setup on my home wireless network. The driver download and installation didn't take very long at all and worked with my 8 year old Windows 10 laptop right away. It is very fast (they weren't kidding about high speed) and hasn't skipped any pages so far. I've stacked about 35 pages at a time with a mix of 8.5 x 11 and 8.5 x 14 pages.

Had to replace our existing scanner because there were no drivers for it in Windows 11. Great scanner.

This is an amazing scanner. It was easy to set up using the USB approach and works flawlessly. Scanning speed is awesome! Very pleased with the scanner!

I’M A MOBILE NOTARY AND THIS SCANNER IS A LIFE SAVER. YES YOU CAN USE IT AS A DESKTOP SCANNER BUT, I USE IT ON THE GOWITH A MINI POWER INVERTER THAT PLUGS INTO THE CAR’S CIGARETTE LIGHTER. FOR WHEN I HAVE TO SCAN BACK DOCUMENTS WHILE I’M OUT ON ASSIGNMENT.

Works as described, and I have not encountered any issues.

I have loved the workhorse Brother B&W office printer. However, I always took exception to Brother's terrible product support and website. This scanner has a gray area on the top and bottom of the scanned documents. No matter how many ways you try to change/adjuster the settings, there is no getting rid of extraneous markings on the scanned documents. Attempted to call Brother for troubleshooting and got a lot of non-problem-solving nonsense before I was disconnected. I am mac user and had to physically go find all the product software & then, with "customer service" download additions. They just kept suggesting I scan from an app - I am a legal office and need desktop scanning. When I went to create a return, Best Buy shortened the return window from 30 days to 14 days so I don't have another 4 hours to trouble shoot. Do your research - this is subpar!
