The insulated cover is great. Not fond of the straw lid and cleaning the straw. The size and handle are easy to carry

My spouse loves it. She says that it is perfect for her warm water needs (it is winter right now), and keeps the water warm the whole day. She adds that pouring the boiling water right from the kettle will keep it hot for 12 or more hours.

This is an overall great product! The flask can keep drinks cool hours on end, as well as hot.

In my last review, I gave a one star review. I was quickly sent out the missing straw and I have been using this constantly since. Really great waterbottle
