Does a straight power cord stick out behind your PC, monitor, or projector and keep it off the wall? This Cable Leader 16 AWG right-angle computer power cord is a 3-prong AC power cord with a standard NEMA 5-15P plug for any 120V outlet, power strip, or UPS and a 90-degree IEC C13 connector that turns the cord along the back panel instead of straight out, rated 13A at 125V for up to 1625W. Three 16 AWG copper conductors run inside a flexible black SJT jacket with molded ends and UL Listed construction. A universal power cord replacement for any device using an IEC C14 inlet, including desktop PC power supplies, monitors, printers, projectors, scanners, and network switches. Best for: a PC power cable or monitor power cable behind a desk, on a wall mount, on a ceiling-mounted projector, or in an AV cabinet where a straight C13 has no room. Not for: loads above 13A, 2-prong devices, C7 figure-8, C5 cloverleaf, or C20 inlets, 240V circuits, or outdoor use. RoHS compliant.
This right angle power cord turns 90 degrees at the IEC C13 end, so the cord leaves the connector sideways and runs along the device instead of sticking straight out. Use it as a 90-degree computer power cord for a PC or monitor pushed close to the wall, a VESA-mounted monitor, a ceiling-mounted projector, or rack gear behind a closed rear door. The wall-plug end is a standard straight NEMA 5-15P.
Three 16 AWG copper conductors are rated for a 13 amp load at 125 volts, up to 1625 watts, which is 30 percent more current than a typical 10A 18 AWG computer cord. That margin covers the power supply (PSU) in most desktop PCs, plus monitors, printers, and projectors. UL Listed construction, manufactured to RoHS environmental standards.
Compatible with any device using an IEC C14 inlet. Quick check: desktop PC, monitor, or printer with a 3-pin C14 inlet - Yes; projector, scanner, or network switch with a C14 inlet - Yes; C7 figure-8 or C5 cloverleaf inlet - No; C20 inlet - No, it needs a C19 cord. The angle is at the C13 end only. For a full 15A load, choose our 14 AWG right-angle version.
The black SJT jacket is VW-1 flame-rated and rated to 105°C, yet flexible enough to route behind a desk, along a monitor arm, or through cable management. Both the NEMA 5-15P plug and the angled C13 connector are molded over the terminations for strain relief during repeated plugging. Choose 3 ft for a short run to a power strip or 10 ft when the outlet is a long reach away.
Each batch is sample-tested during production for continuity and fit. Manufactured to RoHS environmental standards. If your cord arrives defective or stops working in normal use, Cable Leader handles replacement requests directly - no manufacturer redirects.
