It’s a beautiful fridge. Has some pretty cool, modern and high-tech features. It was our first time getting a counter depth fridge and we love the low profile, but with that comes smaller space inside. Obviously, common sense would tell you that, but it’s some thing I didn’t really factor in when I bought it, so, I’m still trying to get used to the shorter depth of shelves and storage inside. The thing I really don’t like about the fridge is that the protective blue film is absolutely impossible to peel off. I even bought special tools to help me safely remove the film without scratching my fridge but those don’t work either. Multiple people have come into my home and attempted to peel off, what is left of the blue film and they themselves can’t do it. So it’s just irritating when you spend a lot of money on a fridge because it looks beautiful and to have the Aesthetic ruined by the blue film the manufacturers put on.

We had originally purchased the larger fridge but it was too big for our space so we exchanged it for the smaller one. Although there’s not near as much space inside (obviously!) it’s definitely sufficient, especially since it has sizable racks for condiments etc on the doors. The ice maker & water feature are very nice & I love the crisper drawer for all my fresh produce, which also frees up refrigerator space! I love this fridge

The fridge motor is really loud. It goes off and on. When it’s running it’s loud. I don’t think this is normal. I’m waiting for it to be swapped out because the appliance is only few days old

Good looking, high tech in some ways but just average for my everyday use. Ice maker in left side door which takes up storage space. Cubed ice more like plump crushed ice and slow to dispense. Mine delivered with paint scratches down to metal and replacement scheduled to arrive in 3 months.

Thank you for taking some time to write a review about your refrigerator. While we love to hear that you love the design, we do apologize to hear about the ice dispenser and scratches.
If the dispenser on your refrigerator is not dispensing ice, this could be due to clumping ice cubes. If this is the case, the ice cubes in your icemaker may be clumping for a couple of reasons:
Low Food Load:
The defrost cycle radiates some heat into the freezer. The ice in the freezer will naturally absorb the heat. This will cause the ice to melt slightly during the defrost cycle and may cause the ice to freeze together in clumps. Increasing the food load in the freezer will buffer the warmth from the defrost cycle and keep the ice from melting. Make sure the freezer is at least 3/4 full of food.
Lack Of Use:
When the ice bin is full, the pressure from the weight of the cubes can cause the bottom cubes to fuse and clump. To prevent this from happening, discard the clumped ice and check the bin periodically to ensure the ice is not building up. If you do not use a large amount of ice, you may turn off the icemaker and stop ice production to prevent this as well. We trust that your replacement will not give you any issues. This is my third Refrigerator this one started making a Loud Cracking Noise when you open and close the left refrigerator door. And the ice maker water valve rattles every time it goes to make ice and sometimes it doesn’t make ice.

We love the features of our new refrigerator. While it is smaller than our previous one, storage is still adequate.

Buyer beware. This super expensive fridge looks amazing but horribly engineered. We had to replace this unit which took 6 months. It did not cool and handles falling off. Interior had a lot of scratches from the factory. Not worth the money.
