I got this stove after my last one popped to death. The last stove was ancient and inefficient (no glass top and the brand no longer exists) so it took some adjusting to this new, sleek model. I am able to cook at much lower temperatures than I could with my previous stove. It also comes with a built-in air fryer that I've used several times now with great success. I also love how quickly it preheats, having 2 separate ovens and being able to control things like turning off burners, oven lights or precision cooking from the Smart HQ app. All in all, it's a great looking stove that delivers great quality in every aspect.

We love our new Cafe range! We looked at all the other slide in double oven ranges,this on had the most features,best reviews and the largest size lower oven,big enough for a 18-20 lb turkey. The only downside was that this range is an 1/8” wider than all the other slide ins so we had to have the granite trimmed,also the piece of granite across the back was not needed as this range is also deeper than the others. We look forward to years of great service.

Great product, better the our previous GE Profile which used a touch sensor board to select temps. Manual knobs are much easier and less likely to fail like other models that use touch sensor keys.

Arrived on time and install was a breeze. Never had a double door oven and was a bit concerned around sizing at first. In practice though, the ability to warm up a smaller over is super useful. App could be a bit more polished, but it gets the job done.

Beautiful stove, everything works great. So far we utilize the top oven more than the bottom but excited to utilize it for the holidays.

Although it came with a few dings on the side everything else is top notch. The air fryer feature is nice and the smart features work well. Heats evenly and looks great

I have not used it yet. I would like to write a review after I begin using it. That is the best review. It is absolutely beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful range with the double ovens and easy functions. Color choice of handles makes it pop!!!!

The range itself is great, and has great features, within two years of the purchase we had an issue one time and it was an easy fix.  unfortunately we purchased the warranty that comes with the café from geek squad, I have to tell you and everyone else that is really terrible customer service, they took my money and changed the policy a year later, that requires to pay extra cash up to $200 for a home visit, which should be originally covered when we purchased the product, that applies for the fridge and the dishwasher as well as the microwave. This is the biggest scam ever, I would highly recommend that you go with the manufacturers warranty, and they will come to your home, no service fees charged, we had it for one of our products from Café that under the manufacturers warranty for one year and I wish that we extended the warranty with them other than going with this big scam from Best Buy unfortunately. I am totally disappointed, their customer service over the phone. They told me as inappropriate person because I was only saying my disappointment and concerns. Terrible terrible customer service I would not advise anyone to get warranty from them ever the manufacturers extended warranty, it’s cheaper, affordable, and they’re very convenient compared to this big scam.

I bought this range in July of 2020. Geek squad has been to my home 7 times and it is still not working. It was open box, and on the first visit we learned that it was repaired with electrical tape instead of OeM PARTS. The wiring grid was incorrectly reinstalled so the lower oven would not work properly. Try cooking thanksgiving and Christmas dinners with the small over when you have bought and paid for a double oven. Geek squad told me to go to the store and talk with the manager. I went to the store and the assistant manager was condescending and refused to help me and told me to contact geek squad. I emailed 10 stores to finally get a response to say, wait and see if they can fix it again. I believe that the range was damaged and we were misled about its condition. Best Buy has no business selling high product with a warranty if they cannot make the product work within less than 8 months. They should not have people working on a product for sale and using substandard equipment for an appliance that will go in a home, especially with children. What if this range had caught on fire from the faulty backyard wire job that they allowed to occur. The appliance is probably great, but I would not know since it has never completely worked and they have me in a circular pattern of going in between department without anyone taking ownership for the problem. I would buy another cafe appliance, but I cannot tell if my issues are native to the cafe line or a result of negligence on the part of Best Buy. It is probably my fault, after all, you don’t buy a Mercedes from a Honda dealership.

Gorgeous stove --- LOVE the bronze handles and it heats up fast and ease of cleaning --- superb appliance (FORGOT: LOVE the matte finish) I do believe my neighbors are in awe of this new appliance (not white, nor black, nor stainless) ALMOND and 2 ovens f/those who are retired and do not need one large oven to heat f/small portions )

My husband and I recently purchased our first Cafe appliance. This stove is beautiful, well made and easy to operate. The only downside? It’s a little taller than our old stove, so it sits higher than the counter. I don’t mind it, but if you are fussy about that kind of thing, you better double check your measurements!

The reason this oven is getting a lower star rating for me is just because of the crooktop, Glass it doesn't clean as easy as I would like . I have actually had some of the markings for the burners. Come off because I've tried to clean it due to overflow in pots, those marks are still there but the burner marks are gone . The ovens workwell I do love having the dual ovens. I use them quite often Especially around holidays or multiple cooking levels. Confection oven doesn't work as well as I wanted it to. It doesn't seem to cook at the normal speed or function that I have experienced with other confection Ovens.

Love our new great looking range. The ease of use in both top and bottom ovens is better than expected. The cooking surface is very responsive and heats very quickly. The dials are very easy to use and versatile

Nice features and very attractive appearance. The oven has good insulation and keeps the heat inside the oven and not in the kitchen. Big plus for us.

I can not express how much I love this stove. The meat probe alone is worth the price, not to mention it is absolutely buitifull.
