The freezer is very small. The color was supposed to be a matte black and it is really a dark Gray.

I guess I had higher expectations for a $2700 refrigerator. The front looks pretty good; however, there's a huge gap between the top two French doors and the bottom freezer drawer. The inside is a super cheap GE refrigerator. It's reminiscent of about a $900 refrigerator. It's so cheap, that the water coil that they use to have water chilling in the refrigerator is a plastic tube and it's visible, and it's zip tied with like six zip ties. All visible from inside the refrigerator. The rubber door shelf liners are all bendy and curled up and won't lay flat . If I had it to do over, I would probably skip this model at least, but probably this brand as well.

Product looks great, is very compact inside. I think GE could do better on interior quality. Feel is flimsy, water dispenser is not practical so we never use it.

I love this refrigerator except for a couple of things . The biggest disappointment is the small size of the freezer . My old top freezer was twice the size in the freezer despite being bigger overall. The stainless does not las one day without needing to be cleaned.

Because of the size of my kitchen size, I had to purchase a small frig. I took months to find the right one after looking at too many and selected this one. I knew I made a mistake getting this one. I selected this one because of the Ice maker was on the shelves, water and ice dispenser. level that actual move and can be adjust in different level. Problem with this items the ice does not shoot out the ice with it going all over the floor. I can put the cup right up to the opening and still the ice shoots out. the freezer shevle is not stable.

We can understand how upsetting it can be when a new appliance doesn't meet your expectations. This is a really nice Cafe refrigerator, and we really want you to love it! This particular model doesn't have a dispenser, but it sounds like the one you have does. If your ice cubes are flying out of the dispenser and missing your glass the cause could be that the freezer temperature is set too cold, the ice will spray more because it is more brittle and flies apart faster while being crushed. To correct this, turn the thermostat control to a warmer setting. The thermostat control will have a "0" of "off" listed and on digital models it is the fresh food control.
Ice may spray over the side of the glass if the glass is held to far from the dispenser chute. Holding the glass approximately one inch from the dispenser chute will correct this.
Ice may spray over the side of the glass if the mouth of the glass is too small. If possible, use a glass with a wider mouth (3 - 4" opening).

Cool, sleek look, however the inside water dispenser would be better if it could disperse water by cup holding down button. It's also rather loud.

On the small side for a family. Good for a couple. One issue is that the ice holder in the freezer is MUCH too large. More freezer space would have been nice.

I regret this purchase! The refrigerator is extremely loud and the compressor never turns off. I had a technician come look at it - he added some washers and changed a control board but there was zero improvement. I can't stand the sound and I'm not that sensitive.

This refrigerator is the best. Very sleek styling, spacious top compartment and deep freezer compartment. Great inside door shelves. Stainless steel is the way to go. Love the water dispenser on the inside door. No detracting from the front doors.
