Great looking oven and the install so far was very nice. However, having used this for one month now, the HIGH HEAT burner burns on grease that won’t remove from the top. Worse than that is that Best Buy can NOT seem to follow through with the technician to balance temps and calibrate my oven for over ONE MONTH….what does that mean?…Thanksgiving NO TURKEY…No one called AFTER the install to confirm the technician appt., but I CALLED THREE TIMES and became persistent….VERY SAD, so NO FIVE STARS….

We have had this stove for the last year and half and I can't say enough about how much I like it. We had an NSR I think it was when we first built our house and it was terrible food wouldn't cook evenly the it just wasn't a great stove. This one was defiantly worth the upgrade. I use the app all the time to start the oven when im on my way home. The burners work so much better on the top too. Plus the white has held up perfect.

This Cafe stovetop/oven is amazing. High heat burners cook the food faster and with ease while the oven cooks evenly and perfectly! I love the look of both my new oven and GE hood.

I love everything about this range. However buying a higher end appliance from a big box store is not smart. Took 3 attempts to have this hooked up properly and 2 different stoves. First unit was not installed properly and had to be returned and new one ordered. Installation is very poor and forget trying to resolve over the phone. Never again!!!!!!

First gas oven I've owned, always had electric ovens growing up. Very happy with purchase. There is some stainless steel front trim that is prone to light scratches. Be sure to get a surge protector for the electronics in it when it installed - I opened a back panel and the circuit board must regulate the gas and/or front display.

Horrible delivery! Very rude and unprofessional delivery persons! I called Bestbuy to file claim and they only have one guy’s name on file, which is Jose. One guy told me the range won’t fit through my front door and won’t fit in my reserved kitchen spot. I was confused as we measured dimensions before we bought, then I was trying to figure out why he said it won’t fit. But he was not giving me opportunity to discuss, he said I was mad but I was not mad at all at that time. He wanted me to talk to his manager. Then he called his manager said “the door is 34”, the range is 36-1/4”, and the customer is mad”. After heard that, I was mad as he was telling inaccurate stories and has no good attitude to figure out. He walked away and refused to let me talk to his manager. I followed up and tried to figure out the range dimension: the range is 36” wide and 31” deep, and my door is 35” wide. Then I told them if you could rotate the range it could just go through my front door. Both of them were unhappy as I told them the truth. My sprinkler man just arrived at that time, they saw one man, one guy’s attitude changed a little bit, and they delivered the range to my house. But they delivered backwards. The other guy asked me to sign something, which showed “i received and was satisfied about the delivery”. I didn’t want to sign as I was not satisfied at all. He spoke in Spanish and told me “sign it and the range stay here, not sign they take them out” (my sprinkler guy translated for me) I have no choice but sign, when I was almost done, and still reading the document, that delivery guy robbed his phone, very rude. It seems like he didn’t want me see clearly what I signed. He was yelling to me. I felt so awful. I called Best Buy service, they asked me to provide feedback here so the management team can reach out to me for further discussion. I’m waiting for the call.

We were so skeptical about this stove for the price, however a friend of us told us this is very good and we have no regrets purchasing it. It looks so elegant in comparison to the 30" stove we had previously.

I love this range, it has WiFi, a place to use a Wok, lots of oven lights. It has a nice loud timer. it's just beautiful. I'm so happy with it. Plus three racks it's a huge oven. The six burners are going to be great for canning this winter and next summer.

We love the range and the 6.2 oven. Burners are great and has top that is fairly easy to clean. Came very well packed to prevent scratches or dents.

I was excited to purchase this but it arrived damaged. The push button on/off for the oven didn't work. The oven door didn't close tightly and the stainless steel seemed impossible to clean no matter what I used or did to wipe it the stove always seemed dirty.
