Arrived on time and install was a breeze. Never had a double door oven and was a bit concerned around sizing at first. In practice though, the ability to warm up a smaller over is super useful. App could be a bit more polished, but it gets the job done.

The range itself is great, and has great features, within two years of the purchase we had an issue one time and it was an easy fix.  unfortunately we purchased the warranty that comes with the café from geek squad, I have to tell you and everyone else that is really terrible customer service, they took my money and changed the policy a year later, that requires to pay extra cash up to $200 for a home visit, which should be originally covered when we purchased the product, that applies for the fridge and the dishwasher as well as the microwave. This is the biggest scam ever, I would highly recommend that you go with the manufacturers warranty, and they will come to your home, no service fees charged, we had it for one of our products from Café that under the manufacturers warranty for one year and I wish that we extended the warranty with them other than going with this big scam from Best Buy unfortunately. I am totally disappointed, their customer service over the phone. They told me as inappropriate person because I was only saying my disappointment and concerns. Terrible terrible customer service I would not advise anyone to get warranty from them ever the manufacturers extended warranty, it’s cheaper, affordable, and they’re very convenient compared to this big scam.

I bought this range in July of 2020. Geek squad has been to my home 7 times and it is still not working. It was open box, and on the first visit we learned that it was repaired with electrical tape instead of OeM PARTS. The wiring grid was incorrectly reinstalled so the lower oven would not work properly. Try cooking thanksgiving and Christmas dinners with the small over when you have bought and paid for a double oven. Geek squad told me to go to the store and talk with the manager. I went to the store and the assistant manager was condescending and refused to help me and told me to contact geek squad. I emailed 10 stores to finally get a response to say, wait and see if they can fix it again. I believe that the range was damaged and we were misled about its condition. Best Buy has no business selling high product with a warranty if they cannot make the product work within less than 8 months. They should not have people working on a product for sale and using substandard equipment for an appliance that will go in a home, especially with children. What if this range had caught on fire from the faulty backyard wire job that they allowed to occur. The appliance is probably great, but I would not know since it has never completely worked and they have me in a circular pattern of going in between department without anyone taking ownership for the problem. I would buy another cafe appliance, but I cannot tell if my issues are native to the cafe line or a result of negligence on the part of Best Buy. It is probably my fault, after all, you don’t buy a Mercedes from a Honda dealership.

Gorgeous stove --- LOVE the bronze handles and it heats up fast and ease of cleaning --- superb appliance (FORGOT: LOVE the matte finish) I do believe my neighbors are in awe of this new appliance (not white, nor black, nor stainless) ALMOND and 2 ovens f/those who are retired and do not need one large oven to heat f/small portions )

My husband and I recently purchased our first Cafe appliance. This stove is beautiful, well made and easy to operate. The only downside? It’s a little taller than our old stove, so it sits higher than the counter. I don’t mind it, but if you are fussy about that kind of thing, you better double check your measurements!

The screen stopped responding after 1 year (purchased extended warranty) and they have sent someone out 3x and the issue is not resolved. Screen was replaced and issue was worse. It’s a week before thanksgiving and the oven is not fixed and they are trying to have someone come out again and “take a look” really Best Buy, do better. You have lost a customer I’ll be heading to Home Depot or Lowes for my next anything purchase.
