A: Hi - Thanks for considering Café Model C2S950P4MW2! We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your current range. This range has both Self-Clean and Steam Clean options so you can choose how you want to clean your oven. The Self-Clean option is cleaned by heat, at temperatures above normal cooking temperatures. During the cleaning cycle the oven is heated to about 880 degrees Fahrenheit (471° C.) and can be set between 3-5 hours. Steam Clean allows for quick cleaning of minor food spills at temperatures lower than the standard self-clean feature. Simply pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of a cool oven. Close the door and select Steam Clean. This cycle lasts 30 minutes. A: All ranges require separate purchase of power cord to accommodate local standards. They’re very standard & you can pick them up nearly anywhere. A word of warning about GE!!!! GE was bought by Haier ( Chinese company) and it has been nearly impossible to find parts for this line of products. I.e. refrigerator ice maker, hood vent cover, I love these appliances, but will leave them in the house when we sell, as servicing them looks to be impossible going forward. I will not buy GE appliances in the future.

Q: Does the oven have automatic convection conversion?
A: Hello- Thank you for your interest. This is an excellent model and we are glad to help! Yes, this model does have Auto Recipe Conversion. It will automatically convert the regular baking temperatures entered to convection bake cooking temperatures when turned on. Note that this option does not convert convection bake cooking times, it only converts temperatures. This feature may be turned On or Off. Select Settings, Auto Conversion is 5th option and shows up on first display of settings, and Auto Conversion then follow the prompts to turn this feature on or off. Pesky scratches but wonderful worker
Minor scratches appear quickly on the top front stainless steel strip. Other than that, This oven would garner a five-star review. Although we have not made use of the wi-fi connected features, we receive notifications to our cell phones when the oven starts and when it reaches the set temperature. The top burners have worked well on many tasks includint the canning of a half bushel of beets. Both ovens represent a large enhancement in cooking for family and friends. Other than our concern about the small scratches, we are happy with our purchase.

Awesome Duel Fuel Range
Remodeled the kitchen recently and since it was set up for electric we wanted to add gas like we had at our old house. We had propane at the house so it was just a matter of running the gas line. This is one of the best reviewed duel fuel ranges so we went big and bought into the whole GE Cafe Matte White setup with the exception of a white Kitchenaid microwave since they are the only ones who make a low profile unit at this time. I had my worries about them matching but I think it turned out great. Don't see many photos of the Matte White so I thought I would share if it helped anyone. We did have a few problems with the delivered unit as the switch that controls the upper oven light was broken from the start. Seems I read that in another review but the ge repair man fixed that without issue. So far we love it and I would recommend it to anyone that is interested.
