Works well and is quite. Very poor layout for loading dishes/ utensils. I lost about 15% of dish capacity compared to my previous dishwasher.

I have to re-start it 2 to 3 times every time I use it. Once it finally starts it does a good job. Not as quiet as I was expecting

The third rack in this dishwasher model is a convenient feature for all your odds and ends. This in addition to the lower rack that accommodates your larger items, and the adjustable upper rack that can be raised or lowered 2" makes for the perfect dishwasher for every home!

We’ve been using the dishwasher however we did not like how the detergent residue (a lot of them) is left behind after completing the cycle. We are using finish detergent as instructed. We also did not like the fact that we have to run hot water until it reaches 120 degrees prior to starting the cycle. Too much use of water and electricity. We purchase the product on 10 Sep 20 and did not received until 12 Nov 20.

This is the most quiet dishwasher I have ever owned. The installation was a bit tricky but once that happened its been amazing.

I've owned a number of dishwashers and even a 30 year old junker is nicer than this one. It looks nice and matches my new kitchen nicely, but it's poorly thought out. It's almost like the engineers involved in this design have never actually used a dishwasher. As others have said the door is flimsy and flexes when you open it. The lower rack doesn't stay in the tracks. The collapsible racks always falls with plates in them and have broken my plates. Top rack is so small it really can't hold anything. Overall this thing is just bottom tier engineering through and through. I wish I had my old dishwasher back even though it doesn't match my other Cafe appliances.

spent tons of money on the cafe appliances and this dishwasher is the worst one! We have had geek squad out 7 times for this! They tried to fix it and even replaced the motherboard twice before we finally got a replacement. Worked fine for 4 months and now it's back to not working again. Don't waste your money!
