Q: What is it included in the pakage ? Thanks
A: Comes with a large suit case to store the lens and keep safe. Lens came with strap to hold lens and attached is the Lbracket. A soft lens cover came with it and the hood. There is a clear lens filter in the lens but you would have to buy different drop filters if you wanted other ones.
A: Depends on what you want to do with the images when you say "high quality". IF all you want to do is post images to the web then I would suggest going with either the Tamron or Sigma 150 to 600mm lens. If you want good prints and have the budget for it, then the Canon 100-400mm lens. It is better to spend the money on a high quality lens than getting a better camera.
Q: Does the lens come with a lens hood? Any accessories?
A: Yes, it comes with a large hood, which I heard costs >$500 if bought alone. It also comes with a hood cover, a hard case like a carry-on, and a strap to be attached to the lens.
