Upgrading to the Canon R6 Mark II was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my photography journey. It’s hands-down the best camera I’ve ever owned, and it’s completely transformed the way I shoot. Coming from a DSLR setup, the switch to mirrorless has been a revelation. The R6 Mark II is incredibly intuitive, with a user-friendly interface that makes navigating settings and functions effortless even in fast-paced shooting situations. I genuinely don’t see myself ever going back to a DSLR after experiencing this level of ease and performance. One of the most noticeable improvements came when I upgraded my lens from the 24-105mm to the 24-70mm. The difference in sharpness, speed, and overall image quality was immediate and impressive. Combined with the R6 Mark II’s outstanding autofocus and low-light capabilities, this setup delivers consistently professional results whether I’m shooting portraits, landscapes, or video. If you’re on the fence about making the jump to mirrorless or considering the R6 Mark II specifically don’t hesitate. It’s a powerful, versatile camera that delivers on every level.

I'm still getting used to this camera but so far, I love it. I decided to go with the RF 24-105 f/4 L lens because I didn't want to compromise on a lower quality lens after reading what the actual camera is capable of doing. I am glad I spent the extra money on it because it's a great lens with this camera. I mainly use the camera for landscape photography and nature photography, which it does not disappoint. This camera is also nice and light weight thanks to the mirrorless body. It fits perfectly into my hands. I got used to the weight of the RF 24-105 lens after taking this camera out to shoot for a few sessions and now I don't feel like the lens is too heavy at all. The features and settings are simple to use if you're used to Canon cameras (which I am, as this is not the first Canon I've owned). Overall, this camera is awesome. I bought it as an upgrade from my prior camera, which was a Canon Rebel T5. I couldn't be happier, as its features blow my last camera out of the water in terms of performance, quality, and capabilities. With that said, I can't wait to learn how to master this camera and all its amazing features. If you're thinking of upgrading to a mirrorless camera, I highly recommend!

this is my first professional camera and i love it

I had a great purchase experience at BestBuy, the shopping guides was very informative and supportive, they helped me try out different lens and cameras. Finally I bought the Canon R6 mark2 with 24-105 mm lens, I was very satisfied with this camera. I got what I needed, nice! I am planning to buy another camera at BestBuy during this Black Friday, hope I can win the gift card!

Better than expected Get a good lense depending on the purpose of use

I had the R6 because of getting warm and returned for R6 mark 11. A very good move. The 24 pixels help out and the speed in this camera is amazing. Very pleased with my new camera

Definitely an upgrade from my DSLR, compact but not too small. Powerful, probably too much for me but future proof. The only issue is the issue everyone else has “the HDMI” My ancient camera 70D has a full size HDMI…. Overall great purchase plus BestBuy’s sale sealed the deal.

I picked up the Canon EOS R6 Mark II mirrorless camera after owning the Canon R10. I am really happy with my R6 Mark II for the ease-of-use vast number of upgrades. I shoot both photographs and in movie mode. If you are thinking about getting one I would recommend you go for it! I forgot how much joy taking photos gave me!!

I bought this camera as an upgrade to my EOS 30D. Primarily I needed a lens that would take in more light for sports photography as well as a faster shutter speed. I got both. I overlooked that memory cards were not included - make sure to get those. I would also recommend a second battery. I am still conditioning this one and hope it improves to deliver via the spec.

There are few cameras that can do it all. If it manages amazing photos, you get lackluster video. If you're rocking your scenes, it can't capture a focused still. But Canon has cracked the code to deliver a powerful all-in-one DSLR hybrid that packs a mean punch. With a solid full-frame sensor, you never have to worry about missing out on any details of the shot. While the R5 has a significant leap in megapixels, you'll never notice unless your work is displayed across a billboard. The video quality is outstanding, and works for indie-filmakers and hobbyists. And with the unmatched USM lens, you're capturing incredible shots every time. Now the camera is just one part of your tool kit. You need to practice, to learn, and to accept that a jack of all trades will always be a master of none. But for the money, the R6 mark 2 is an incredible buy.

This camera creates beautiful, clear and concise photos with very little effort.

Amazing full frame camera, my first ever professional camera so I have a sweet spot for it. Value for money if you don't plan on buying the high MP bodies. I have shot wildlife, portraits and landscape with this. No complaints apart from the obvious lower MP capability.

Gave this camera to my granddaughter for graduation. She loved it and she is using it in her new career in creative advertising. Great purchase!
