I may have a problem with the telephoto lens 75-300mm. Not getting the sharpness my old lens / camera produced. There is a color distortion, creating a double image around subject at 300mm. Please advise.

When i return this camera under warranty, i was given two options. either return for a refund, and buy another with a higer cost with insurance and them avoiding fixing the issue that the camera was draining faster than normal. Overall Downey Best buy employees made the experience horrible for me. I had to purchase the camera for work and because it was needed right away. They take advantage of someone else needs for their own benefit. Bad experience with those employees, plus they stole, and fail to return all my memory cards that i accidentally left in the camera bag. $300 USD worth of memories. Thiefs and bad customer skills.

This camera took wonderful photos and videos, the first 9 weeks I owned it. Then it died. Just died. Would not turn on. Dead in the water. I took it back to the Best Buy store where I had bought it. First thing the Geek Squad guy asked me was, "Did you buy a Geek Squad plan?" No, I said... "I've only had this for 9 weeks." So I left it with them. Who knows when I'll get it back, or how much they're going to charge me, when it's ready???

Great for outdoor shoots with lots of light, terrible for in door shoots and auto focus doesn’t always work. You will also get tons of grain on your pictures if you shoot in doors without stupid amounts of light.

Bought this as a backup camera for a wedding I was filming. While it did the job I do not recommend getting it if you are a professional photographer or videographer. At the time I purchased it I was just starting out and needed something in my budget so this did the job but I now currently have a camera that I do not use and now need to sell used. Not worth it if you are working on becoming serious about your images/videos. I would suggest just spending the extra money on a M50, 6d or 5d any other mirrorless camera Canon has.

Check out cheaper options before buying this camera. In my opinion, the lenses make all the difference, and a cheaper body with nice lenses does the same job.

Get this for an aspiring photographer. The lenses are incredibly similar.

I didn't like it, add a few more dollars and buy a better one, there are better ones

Meh... not great functionality, pretty bad pictures. Cameras on phones are vastly superior. Do not recommend.

Auto focus stopped working on the large lens on my second outing using it.

Quality is terrible. Bluetooth is a pain. Settings is not the easiest to navigate. Instructions how to do different things with the camera suck. I wish I didn't miss the deadline to return.

I have 2 canon cameras and this particular one is not my favorite. However it gets the job done. Its a good beginning camera. Definitely not worth the amount it is on the website.

The options are very confusing and the wifi disconnects most of the time.
