I'm a big traveler, but a point and shoot photographer. This camera has great zoom, tiny to fit in purse, and photos have great clarity - both indoor & outdoors.

I really didn’t know too much about cameras but I wanted something better than my phone for the big NFL game I was going to attend . I stopped by Best Buy in Bloomington, MN, and talked with an associate who recommended the SX620 HS. It was priced right on for what I needed to capture the players in action. I can definitely say that the SX 620 exceeded my expectations with its ease of use and steady focus. I sat up high in the stadium and the 25X zoom did its magic wonderfully. I could see players faces on the opposite end of the stadium. I could also take great wide angle pictures capturing the whole scene with excellent clarity. This camera does not disappoint at its price point.

Purchased just before my Bucket List trip to Africa. Camera was very easy to use and got great pics, the 25x zoom was more than adequate for my purposes. Battery life was excellent

I was getting tired of not having a great camera with me. Everything was too big to carry on my bike trips and this one gives me great pictures and plenty of zoom (more than my big Nikon P7700) The flash fills in better then any camera I have had before and colors remain true.

Excellent pictures, small and light weight. Worked perfectly for our vacation trip and some engagement pictures!

I have different cameras I use for different occasions. I have this one for when I'm out and about in the evening. It is very handy when at concerts. I can be in the back of the arena and zoom in as if I had floor seats.

Great Camera, love the Cannon Connect option. I am not a photographer but wanted an upgrade to my phone for better pictures and a better zoom for both work and home. Pictures taken were all in auto mode, look forward to learning how to make adjustments and using the preset modes for even better pictures. Camera is very small and does take some getting used to especially at max zoom. Stabilization feature seems to help tremendously.

I literally took this camera around the world. At least twice it was knocked out of my hand and landed on the street. Luckily it was not run over, but with a couple of scratches and even dents, it continued to function. When it did refuse to take photos anymore, best buy, in their usual fashion, which I deplore, took it in and sent it off to see if it could be repaired, which we both knew it could not, and then allowed me to replace it with another of the same, and I am happy to have it.

Love this camera, fairly easy to navigate and pictures are BEAUTIFUL. I'm using this to take photos of real estate listings and pics are coming out great. My only issue and the reason for the 4 star, is that the flash when on auto, seems to be interpreting "sunlight" in a room as bright enough, but the problem is, it won't flash and the pics come out dark. If I force a flash, pic comes out perfect(opposite of what you would think) but I find this annoying. Overall GREAT buy, excellent quality product and photos, easy to use.

This camera takes great pictures close and far. Love the Bluetooth on it that you can share and review pictures on my smart phone.

Bought this camera to be able to take pictures of far away objects and the zoom lens is perfect. I tested it out at my local park and was able to take great pictures of the landscape and closeups of ducks. Unfortunately there's a size limit to the images I can post so I was only able to upload the 100x digital zoom pics.

Very good photos and a small compact size make it a great point and shoot take-along.

I bought this camera a couple of weeks ago. After taking about 200 pictures (on my vacation to Europe) - one day it failed to open. The small lens cover pieces that fold back to open the lens no longer open. So, now the screen is black only shows a slight diagonal white line. I only had the camera for 10 days at this point. This seems like a flimsy design. I was careful with it and carried the camera in a padded carring case too. I plan to return it to Best Buy after I return home from my vacation. JUNK! The photos from my iPhone are just as good or better and phone/camera is easier to use.

Seems like a good fit for the price. Still trying to figure out all the clicks and whistles. See for yourself

Takes awesome photos, not for super hd quality photos, more for nice disposable camera look!

I bought this camera for my eBay photos and it works fine, I would recommend it to new and existing customers of Canon.

Purchased this camera for a Viking Rhine River Cruise. I took 283 pictures, 99% were perfectly focused. I was able to get great pictures of the castles from the middle of the river onboard the ship with the 25x magnification. Love the facial recognition automatic photo shoot. I am very pleased with the camera, small and portable.
