The 20-strand configuration provides excellent sensitivity while maintaining the volume and authority required for modern drumming applications. Featuring a durable 1mm-thick end plate, this snare wire is engineered to produce greater attack, enhanced projection, and improved overall response. The thicker plate contributes to a more aggressive and focused sound while supporting stronger note definition. This design helps drummers achieve greater presence and punch without sacrificing sensitivity or musical control during performance.
The unplated wire design produces a dry, crisp response that emphasizes attack and articulation while minimizing excessive overtones. This tonal character allows the snare drum to maintain clarity and precision in live and studio environments. The result is a focused voice with strong definition, making it particularly effective for players who prefer a more direct and cutting snare sound.
