Best thing about this one is that it is FAST. Makes an expresso in under a minute from the time you turn it on to finish. The frother is TOO FROTHY... makes you have to scoop it all out to get to the coffee and drink. Hat the WATER TANK... hard to fill with the silly lid and akward when putting it back on the maker. I HATE the thing you put the coffee in it has to be in exactly the correct position or it will not go back in the handle that attaches to the maker. then it is even harder to get it out and empty the used grounds... it really sucks. SHould probbaly give it a 2 star not 3... but I am being kind today.

It looks great in ny kitchen, but I't seems a bit troublesome to use, so I have not tried it yet. Trying to find some expresso cups

Poor quality. Never leaves preheat mode. Customer service says must send in for service if no receipt. It was a gift so no receipt that’s available.
