Read all the reviews before purchasing, but purchased anyway. I really love coffee and I came to a point that I got tired of warming milk in the microwave so I purchased this product. I really enjoy the end results of the milk, whether it is warmed or frothed. However a week after I purchased this product, I started hearing this loud squeaking noise. I could not figure out what was causing it or where it was coming from. Per reviews on line they recommend to remove it from the heating element if it’s not working properly, but that did not make a difference. The noise does come and go, it doesn’t happen every time, but when it does, it’s not very pleasant to hear.

Very easy to use. Excellent product. Will make an excellent froth for your cup of coffee or expresso. Easy cleanup as well.

So it does make some noises every now and then when its on but thats the only bad thing about this product.
