It fits most market umbrellas with adjustable PVC sleeves, offers easy mobility with built-in handles and two transport wheels, and includes PVC sleeves (1-1/4 and 1-1/2"). 20 Inch Base: can be filled up to 100 lbs. with sand or up to 60 lbs. with water for added stability. 24 Inch Base: can be filled up to 160 lbs. with sand or up to 110 lbs. with water for added stability (sand and water not included).
