The blu-ray provided an excellent picture and sound. This movie is full of real movie stars who provide good to great performances. Grant and Hepburn play the leads but the supporting cast is just as good. This movie keeps you guessing right to the end. Watch it, you will be glad you did.

I blind bought this as I love North by Northwest and thought I would branch out and try some more of Grant’s filmography, also I felt Criterion to be a good bet and boy was that a great decision:) great classic film!

A truly fantastic movie. A real 5 star classic. A little comedy with a little romance and a lot of suspense. Great acting from a great cast. The disc played perfectly. A great purchase.

A must for any Audrey Hepburn fan. The chemistry, well-timed heat and humor generated by Hepburn and Cary Grant is unmistakable! I am a big Cary Grant fan anyway, so it was really a real "2-fer" for me.

Charade is one of favorite Cary Grant movies. Love the suspense throughout the movie. Not knowing who is good and who is bad. It has suspense and humor and holds your attention throughout the entire movie.

Cannot believe as a Cary Grant fan I had never seen this movie. Anyway while short on extras for a Criterion release, it does look amazing.

This is an excellent transfer of the movie Charade. Charade is a Hitchcockesque movie where you don't know who to trust until the end.

As always, Criterion delivers a fantastic disc of a classic film. Great PQ and decent enough AQ.

One of Cary Grant's later films (1963). He and Audrey Hepburn are wonderfully cast as a May-December pair in this Hitchcock-style mystery. The film boasts a great supporting cast as well with Walter Mathau and a young James Coburn. It's very nice to see this finally out in blu ray.

Charade is a classic film feature some of the best performances from its stellar cast. Due to a clerical error on Universal's part the film instantly entered the public domain on its release. Because of this subpar transfers have circulated on VHS and DVD for years. But to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the film Universal has decided to give the film the transfer it deserves despite the public domain status. Despite the lack of special features the film has a great transfer that that makes the purchase more than worth it if you are a fan.

In my opinion this is one of Audrey's bests! She nailed the character dead on. I haven't been this pleased with her since My Fair Lady. So if you like suspence, murder, mystery, and romance, watch it today.
