This is a nice big grill, which is exactly what I was looking for. I actually found the best price on it here. Almost $20 cheaper than most places. The only issue I have is the metal is kindof cheap. Several pieces were bent during shipping and I had to bend them into their proper places to get it together. You will definitely need at least 2 people to put this together. Especially if anything is bent even in the slightest. It took a good hour to put together with a little help pushing and pulling things into the right place.

This grill was a nice heavy weight grill made to last a long time. The bonus was that because of the way it is made you can use it as a smoker too.

Great quality. Very sturdy and lots of room. This is my second one.

Great bbq for the price..took a while to assemble bit overall get the jon done.

Like the shape and space on the grill , quality of the product is not that good but u cant expect more for the money.

only complaint is the reverse design for the charcoal ash holder; by this I mean that the manufacturers always put the adjustment hangers up top on the handle vs down lower on the handles. this doesn't allow you to raise the charcoal fire close enough to sear your meats if desired and requires longer cooking times than desired for me to get the required sear on my steaks

my husband says he cooks better on this than he did the a gas grill. he loves it.

so far so good. get someone to help if you're not good at assembly. If you cant assemble a an ikea cabinet don't try yhis alone. made mistake but corrected error and everything fits perfect., use correct screws and no forcing or drilling extra holes.

For the price, not much to complain about. Assembly took some time because the pieces don't quite fit snuggly, and the materials are cheap. And because of this, heat loss is an issue and some warping occurred. However, it cooks decently and being able to raise and lower the charcoal is a nice feature.

Nice grill for a big party plus it's very affordable.

I bought this grill for my mother. It will replace an old grill she had. We are excited to fire it up .

receive the item before 4th of july, the box was already open looks like display item or return item was dirty missing parts,,,,,eww customer didn't help,,,waste of money

This grill is 1 1/4 inches out of square and does not sit level on the ground. Either one wheel or one leg hovers in the air and it's very wobbly. Lid does not line up straight and doesn't seal properly. The entire set of lock nuts didn't fit the hex screws so had to use some of my own fasteners to assemble this. I don't know how something so out of tolerance could pass quality control and leave the factory. This is my first and last attempt with any Char Broil product and I wouldn't own anything from them if it were free. Unfortunately this was purchased online and Best Buy won't let me return it to a store so I am burdened with boxing it up for return shipping.
