It's 4 20 somewhere for Cheech and Chong (Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong), who spend what appears to be a typical day in L.A. for the perpetual stoners disturbing the neighborhood, looking for weed, whizzing in a Jacuzzi, being chased by the cops, looking for more weed, being abducted by aliens, and meeting Pee-wee Herman (Paul Reubens)! Co-stars Evelyn Guerrero, Betty Kennedy, Edie McClurg, Sy Kramer. 99 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.
