Despite their name, the Chicago Gangsters were originally from Ohio. Formed by brothers James, Sam, Chris, and Leroy McCants, the group's sound ranged from heavy funk and disco to sweet, smooth balladry. Their eponymous sophomore album includes a groove-inspired cover of Eugene McDaniel's InchFeel Like Making LoveInch and the disco funk title track, InchGangster Love,Inch which was also the band's first-ever 12Inch single.
