Returned the Chipolo card after understanding this was for a Google as I needed one which works with an Apple system. I wish the Bestbuy clerk had made this point to me.

Couldnt get it to pair with my S25Ultra,When I came back into to ask The Geek Squad for help . I was asked if the product was purchased there,did I have an extended warranty,did have have an appointment? The tech then said he might be help, but the cost would be $45 I replied for a $17 item , he responded " That's the standard rate" I've never made and appointment before and my last purchase was a tablet with a SD card issue , they fixed it and didn't even mention a fee.I returned this product 2 minutes after that terrible customer service encounter and more than likey never return to that store .
