Chorusing - Half Mirror - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

On his debut, Matthew O'Connell pairs analog synths, with folk songwriting to cosmic yet earthly results. Drawing from influences as varied as Songs Ohia, Tricky, and Mark Hollis, Half Mirror evokes a profoundly moody sense of place the fog heavy in the mountain peaks, morning dew, and the musky smell of rhododendrons in the air.
